La chambre est en bon état,mais la réceptionniste ne maitrise pas bien le sens de l’accueil.

I did enjoy staying there. the staff was supper friendly, especially the servers.

I would give my stay there a poor rating, although the staff was excellent. I made a few friends there. Patrick, the driver, is very kind and helpful; there was Donald also the door keeper and helper; Reginald, the server and others. Also the food was excellent. However, my 104 room had a broken chair, you couldn't lock the bathroom door, the AC thermostat didn't work, you could see the wear and tear of the furniture, etc. I did sleep well, but for almost 200 dollars a night room, they can do a better job.

This airport is a must book if in port-au-prince. The front desk staff are very professional, information and are serviceable. They ensure that we knew about the airport shuttle and made a reservation for us so that we wouldn't miss our flight. The dining staff are also very friendly. The service that you will receive as well as the amenities are top tier. Will definitely be booking and staying longer next time.
