Excellent service, Excellent location.

Lovely room for what I need for work. Basic and good for location.
Noisy due to work next door but that’s all over London really.

Our room was on the first floor aka the basement, it smell very mold, we both had to take an antihistamine. Walls were not finished well, shower didn't seem inviting and we also had the fire alarm go off just before we left.

Good location, in the centre of Richmond.
Helpful staff, room clean and tidy.
No where to sit and relax in reception area. We stayed in a compact double area. Plaster peeling off in the corner of the room and in the shower room. A few cracks in the tiles in the shower cubicle. Shower room far too small. You can hardly move in there

Very dated and basic. Laundry bags outside the room down the corridor, not the cleanest of bathrooms! Some light switches didn’t work, no hairdryer despite the website saying there was.
However the staff on reception were very helpful and polite.

You get what you pay for with this property, This is a very budget hotel. The place is a little dilapidated and shoddy looking, there was small splashes in the bathroom up the wall where it hadnt been cleaned very well near the toilet, (looked like blood or something) also there was a tag from clothing just on the floor near the table which made me think the room hadnt been cleaned thoroughly. The bedding was clean and the room was tidy but just a little shoddy with peeling paintwork.
The staff member who checked us in was really lovely and they kindly stored pur luggage for us which was a huge help! They were very friendly and obviously wanted us to have a good stay. This hotel just needs renovating really, I personally would pay an extra ￡20 or so and stay somewhere else until alot of it has been taken care of.

I love this hotel. Close to Richmond station. The only thing is that rooms need some work as window handles are loosen/broken.
