Not all rooms had a refrigerator. Additionally, there was no kettle to make tea or coffee, nor was there any ice available for drinking water. Bottled water was provided in the room, and additional bottles could be picked up at the entrance.
The bathroom lacked a shower screen or curtain, which caused water to spread across the bathroom floor.

The hotel is close to Chiang Mai University and the zoo, and it is also convenient to visit important places. Overall, I was very impressed.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a traveler couple. On the overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, which is always a plus, and considering the price, we felt it offered good value for our stay.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The sound insulation could definitely be improved, as we could hear everything from the rain to our neighbors, and even the planes flying overhead. Additionally, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke at times, and the rooms could have benefited from a bit more natural light.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the cleanliness and the overall experience. Thank you for a nice stay!

酒店对面就是清迈大学侧门，酒店环境不错。经理是漂亮的清迈小姐姐，会中文，也很热情。唯一不足就是出门需要打车，很不方便。

优点：就在清迈大学一个小门对面，离大学很近，便宜！
缺点：1 房子在一楼，湿气重有味
2 半夜有动物叫的声音
3 应该在航线区，晚上能听到飞机的声音。
不是为了清迈大学，不建议订……
4 房子水池漏水，换了房间。
