Hotel has delightful staff. Rooms a little dated but very comfortable. Great shower. Bar /restautant closed. Only breakfast is available.

Large, clean rooms. Staff very helpful - went out of their way to arrange things for us. It's also amazing value for money. The hotel itself is modern and well-designed with rooms laid out around a large light well.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by all standards. Fantastic stay, service, and location. If one doesn't want to stay close to the beaches, then this hotel won't disappoint them. Locating the entry was a bit of a challenge and the name only states 'Sharayu One' instead of 'Hotel' Sharayu One. There is a huge parking area behind the hotel and breakfast is excellent. There is no provision for lunch and dinner, but one won't regret it as there are quite a few options nearby. One suggestion - Call up the hotel and make the booking...Else walk-in like we did!

A new hotel so not fully function e.g. no room service but a neat, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff is polite and helpful and indeed one of the receptionist Arfa went out of her way to help us in our hour of need, being in our eighties. Highly recommended.

This is a great budget?or business hotel in the center of Mapusa city, which is considered a commercial capital of Goa state. It is with pleasure I say 'What a delight was to stay at Sharayu One', a 2 star property of absolute finesse, spic & span floors and clean & tidy rooms. For the price iit offers, this property, probably the best in the town. The town center is just at a 3 minute walk distance. It has its own parking facility for no additional price. All staff are excellent and we received great service in all sections. Ms. Simran at the reception desk is exemplary. She was eager to serve us and resolved many issues for us. Other staff like, M/s. Dan and Abhijeet were good at their respective jobs. The rooms were cleaned daily unless told otherwise. Overall, I shall rate the property 8 / 10 for the facilities/services it offers at a very budget price.There are some improvements that they should take care of, eg. they should fix a knob to hang wet clothes behind the bathroom door or keep a few extra hangers in the closet. The room size is excellent. We were allotted the rear-side rooms which attracted less traffic noise. The breakfast served was sumptuous.? To summarize : An excellent property at a very very reasonable rate in the center of the city. I wish all the staff and the owners the very best. For the next time as well, we will stay at your property for sure.

Checkin and checkout time is not mentioned anywhere at hotel premisesit say checkin time is 12 pm and at hotel they say it's 2 pm, they will also charge you for early checkin at 12 pm even if it is mentionedbreakfast is not up to mark i will rate 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is highest and 1 is lowest

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Nearest to mapusa bus stand as well. Parking space available. Food available on order.
