While the hotel's amenities were excellent, a serious security breach overshadows everything. Staff gave my room key to an unauthorized person not registered to my room. This is a fundamental failure in customer privacy and safety, which prevents me from giving a higher rating.
My stay was marred by a significant security lapse. Despite everything else being satisfactory, I was shocked to learn that the front desk gave my room key to another individual without my permission. This person was not registered to my room, which raises serious concerns about privacy and safety protocols. I have never experienced such a breach in any hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Vinh and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and well maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. From the front desk to housekeeping and food & beverage teams, everyone made a genuine effort to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the Sheraton and Marriott brand. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well prepared. I also enjoyed the food, which was delicious and well presented. Overall, Sheraton Vinh exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Vinh. I look forward to returning in the future.
