First they did not granted booking with breakfast included. So we did not have breakfast although it was paid for.
Second their wifi was totaly unreliable, unstable, that ‘cost’ me missing a very important Teams meeting.
Third it was misleading advertised as Sherraton (somewhere else Sheratton), with business suite and wi-fi.
Fourth they (mis)advertised having jakuzi which does not exist in the hotel, but only good swimming pool.
In sum, it was hugely over costly for the service (non)provided. Total waste.

It was so close to the tusks and a tuk tuk away from Fort Jesus. The room itself was decent for the price. Good staff.

Extended my stay due to flight changes. Went around. Blue Room is a chain of restaurants in Kenya and is within 5 min walk. Haller Park is within 20min ride but coming back might be longer due to traffic.

Wifi didn’t really work and the Aircon was powerful

For a convenient one night’s stay in downtown Mombassa, this hotel offered good value for money. The swimming pool on the rooftop was refreshing and the breakfast was good. The hotel has obviously seen better days but it was good for price paid. Cafe next door is great.

接客も良く、とても快适なステイでした。朝ごはんもかなり美味しくて朝の6:30から10时まで提供されるので时间に余裕を持って食べられました。

Пробыл здесь 2 недели. Из предлагаемыхв в Момбаса вариантов отель хороший. Шведский стол хоть и скудный, но есть.
Из минусов тараканы в номере. Ремонт номеров хорошо бы обновить.
