Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clear and tidy. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. The host could not do enough for us. The breakfast was very good and they catered for me being gluten free snd also gave me soya milk. Would definitely stay here again

This was my second visit to The Sheridan and I’ll definitely go back again. A friendly and warm welcome on arrival and I’d been given a twin room this time as not so many guests and it’s on the first floor. The first time I stayed I had a single room on the 2nd floor. The twin room (no3) is situated at the back of the property so quieter as away from the road. Very clean, comfortable bed and a decent en-suite. Shower is good and the whole place is well kept and inviting. Breakfast is well cooked, nicely presented and very tasty. The location is great, a short walk to Peasholm Park and the Open Air Theatre and easy to get into the town too. Recommend.

Great little place, great location close to Peasholm park. Very welcoming & friendly. Really good breakfast. Only problem was WiFi but was told that was getting fixed & didn’t cause much of an issue for me.

Just come back from our second stay at the Sheridan. This time we were in a twin room which was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and cooked breakfast made as requested. The Sheridan is in a great location but is on a hill. It is close to Peasholm Park, the open air theatre and a nice chippy and restaurants. We did walk uphill to town, only a 15 minute ish walk and then took the beachcomber bus from the South Bay back to the North Bay. Jo was welcoming and helpful. We will happily stay there again.

Just home from an 8-night stay. We had room 8 which was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and also drawers, which these days are rare especially in chain hotels!! Bed was comfortable and added points for having a shower head which is height-adjustable. The landlady, Jo, was really friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection, to order. The guesthouse is in a great location close to North Bay, perfect for events at the Open Air Theatre, but also only a 15 min walk to the town centre. Would definitely book again on a return visit to Scarborough and would highly recommend.

Beautiful stay, very friendly welcome . We had our two Children with us and they were really accommodating. The breakfast was lovely - so much choice . We will definitely be back soo , hoping to book again soon. Lovely hosts and very clean. The room was lovely and clean

This was my 3rd time staying at the Sheridan The owner is really friendly, room was good comfy bed and shower worked well The full breakfast was great and there was plenty of selection of cereals etc Close to peasholm park,open air theatre and north shore

Just come back from staying at The Sheridan. There were 11 of us staying for the weekend. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jo the owner she was very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for everyone. They offer a variety of breakfast from cereal to full English breakfast and it was extremely tasty. The rooms were really clean, and there was plenty of parking in and around the B&B. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other people.

Jo was so friendly and accommodating, despite flying solo, and, the fact we didn't arrive until almost 9pm. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay due to our host's relaxed demeanor, an amazingly comfy bed and, a tasty breakfast. Toiletries were provided and, there was even a hairdryer!

Where do I start? Beds are so comfy, lovely fluffy pillows, excellent breakfast with lots of combinations, guest house lovely & clean, close to main attractions. All in all a wonderful stay. They even supply parking permits.
