Wonderful service from housekeeping , specially thanks to Megha . He is a good guy . His cleaning is very best & he's careful .Megha's cleaning is good and he gave us whatever we asked for, he really does a good job.

4-Star Stay for a 4-Star Hotel The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the middle of where I wanted to be. You can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while being conveniently close to City Centre Mall and Seef Mall, both offering a great selection of restaurants. I stayed in a Superior Room facing the sea. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a main control panel for the lights, air conditioning, and curtains beside the bed. It also had a minibar, complimentary bottled water, and a coffee set. However, it would have been even nicer if the windows were cleaned, as they were quite dirty during my stay, which took away from the sea view. The lobby was large and comfortable, making it a good place to sit and work for a few hours. The hotel also has a pool, gym, and restaurant, though I didn’t have the chance to use them. Some parts of the room could use a bit of maintenance, as there were noticeable rusty areas. As for the service, it could be improved. Not all staff members had a welcoming or approachable vibe. Small gestures like eye contact, tone of voice, body language, and choice of words make a big difference in hospitality. However, Rohit truly made a difference. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth stood out. He was proactive, polite, and always ready to help with a sincere smile. Staff like him make guests feel truly valued.

Nice hotel and breakfast is variety choice. The waiters are very good.polite and helpful especially the waiter name Mohamed Fakar.he is very gentle and good. Hotel is very convenient and everything near by. We went out all day for sight seen. Beautiful place

酒店位置可以，房间很大，离购物中心很近，方便吃饭和购物。环境一般，洗手间没有通风，有点味道，总体上还可以接受吧。

I have stayed there on the 30 of November 2024 for one night and it was an exceptional experience, a cozy hotel and a pleasant staff my room was equipped with all my needs breakfast is good , everything was to my liking and I’ll make sure to come back again

Staff was accommodating and friendly, Room wasn't very clean and the furniture (i.e. chair, desk, bed, mini-fridge, etc.) need updated. The area felt safe and was close to City Centre. There was no mini-store in hotel, nearest store was down the street, in the parking garage of a different apartment building. While we were satisfied with our stay, if we return to Bahrain, we will more than likely stay somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!
Omigosh! I booked one of the Executive Suites and it was possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean with a huge lounge room and massive bedroom complete with extra large bathroom including bathtub. Service at the hotel was excellent. I can't comment on breakfast because I never had breakfast there. Swimming pool looked lovely but it is incredibly small. The location is not exactly close to many things but there is a small supermarket closeby. Uber was a great option for getting around. This property comes highly recommended and I would stay there again.
