Great location, fantastic staff
The staff at Siete Ventanas was incredible. They went above and beyond to help make our stay in Cusco fantastic, including helping us with restaurant recommendations and helping arrange transportation to other parts of the country. I give them my highest recommendation and sincere gratitude.

We can not over emphasize how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel is. They were wonderful and helpful our whole stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main square. The room was large and clean. Slightly older, but very clean. We would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel bom, por ser dentro do centro histórico é antigo, o que oferece um clima bucólico bem aconchegante. O café é simples. Mas dentro do esperado pela categoria do hotel e pela cultura. Atendimento excelente. Vista linda. Muito próximo à pra?a das armas, rua do comércio e restaurantes.

What is good about this hotel is that it is next to restaurants and sights in Cusco. The shower had no hot water in 3 out of 4 nights, just warm at best. The hotel has central heating but it was never on and nights can be chilly in November. (There is not much insulation either. ) Bathroom floor was very cold and unpleasant to walk barefoot. Noise from the street was terrible at evenings as people are honking horns on the street (like everyone else is deliberately staying behind in the traffic jam?). Also, doors are so thin that voices from the corridor are easily heard to your room. The only thing I found good about the hotel is the girl at reception typically at afternoon/evening shifts. She was very helpful and genuinely friendly.

Muy atentos y agradables. Muy limpio y silencio para dormir. En pasar frío nos dieron un calentador. El mirador estaba muy bonito y el cuarto también. No nos faltó nada. Gracias a los trabajadores.

We stayed here during our recent visit to Cusco, Peru. Great hotel, excellent location and the staff make every effort to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room charge and the breakfast selection is varied and very good. Highly recommended.

Hotel muito bom, com pre?o ótimo. O café da manh? é simples, mas satisfatório. As camas s?o boas. Apenas a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro durante a hospedagem poderia ser mais caprichada (a pessoa se limita a trocar as toalhas e recolher o lixo. falta varrer e limpar o banheiro de fato). O atendimento na recep??o é muito atencioso e educado.
