Just returned from a very comfortable 6 nights for New Year. Cosy little room. Very well heated and hot running water all day. Manager Kirsty and cleaner Dyrana plus other guests all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. 4 Star it ain't but for these prices don't go looking for stuff to moan about.

The owner couldn't have been more helpful, travelling as a single mum of 3 boys I felt completely at ease to enjoy our fun filled exciting weekend, the owner Understanding kids are hyper and here to enjoy themselves both me and the children felt so welcome, which is unusual for us having autism and ADHD. I cant thank them enough for that ??

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und der Pool war sch?n. Das Personal war freundlich.
Nicht in Ordnung waren der Zustand der Liegen (teils kaputt und nicht benutzbar). Das Hotel insgesamt ist abgewohnt und wird nicht gut instand gehalten.

So i came here to stay on Friday the 3rd of October the staff were absolutely amazing so helpful the room was clean tidy and upto excellent standard arrived early and was allowed to go upto the room when I walked in the downstairs of the hotel was absolutely beautiful clean and tidy hygiene was perfect throughout id definitely absolutely stay here again so pleased was really worth it ?? locations perfect within shops and promenade bars clean and tidy so pleased with this thank you for having us we will be back again xx

So close to the beach and local amenities, Sterling and kirsty the new owners are wonderful people, so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere too, the room has just been decorated and certain rooms are under renovation but the hotel is tidy and clean.

Hotel was clean but very basic.The shower took a long time to heat up. The owners were pleasant.
Good location near Pleasure Beach.

Salle de bain dans un état lamentable : odeurs insupportables, très sale, avec de la moisissure sur les murs. Rien n’a été fait pour améliorer la situation. Ils nous ont changé de chambre uniquement pour la dernière nuit… et nous avons retrouvé exactement la même salle de bain, tout aussi sale. ******* s’est très mal occupé du problème.
