We stayed in apt #1 - a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. We receive clear (self) check in instructions. The location is great. .The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It has got parking facility as well. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the Garden apartment for 2 nights whilst visiting a family member in the area. The apartment was well equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. It also had the advantage of a private parking space and courtyard area. It was great to be able to access the apartment via the courtyard to save carrying cases to the front of the building. A short walk to the shops and a good Indian restaurant close by. Great communication with Julia from Siversprings , nothing was too much trouble, I could tell she really cared about her guests.We will definitely be booking again in the future .

I had a wonderful three night stay at Silver Springs in February. This was my second stay and I was welcomed back like an old friend! The accommodation was immaculate, ever so comfortable and peaceful with everything I could want already provided. Juliet is a wonderful host and couldn't have been more helpful. The process for checking in and out is a doddle and I felt very safe and secure. The location couldn't be more central, so although you are moments from the buzzing shops and cafes and an easy walk to most of the attractions, Silver Springs is tucked away on a very quiet and attractive residential street, and the parking really easy too, so you instantly feel at ease and at home. The shower was delicious as the water pressure is really good, and the heating system is very responsive and easy to control, which I was grateful for as it was winter and freezing cold outside, but I was lovely and warm indoors. I like to have the window open at night but I was still nice and snug in bed, and it was so quiet outside that that was no problem; other than some very gentle bird song as the sun came up in the morning, which I found very soothing and really enjoyed, I didn't hear a thing, so I slept really well and left thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. I can't recommend Silver Springs enough and although on this occasion it was only a short stay, I have also enjoyed a much longer stay at Silver Springs when I was in Exeter for several weeks on business several years ago, and that worked brilliantly too. I can't fault the place and wouldn't change a thing. It's like a home from home, but better!

Beautifully kept apartment in Georgian town house. Great kitchen area which is fully equipped, comfortable sofa, super bathroom, bedroom with king size bed. Right in the centre of Exeter and yet very quiet. Parking is easy. Thank you for the tea coffee milk juice and biscuits a lovely welcome.

Excellent on all fronts! Great location in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, only 10mins walk from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Apartment was very clean, all amenities working fine (kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, fridge, microwave). Bed was comfy (duvet was soft but the pillows could be fluffier) and the blackout curtains were very useful. Overall layout of living room gives plenty of space for yoga or an hour of online fitness by yourself. The big screen TV with Netflix was a dream! The couch area was ample and comfy for watching movies. It was a nice touch to find OJ, milk and chocolate biscuits, warms the heart and shows that they care. Juliet was very friendly and helpful with everything esp when I needed a hairdryer and Marcus was also very friendly and helpful to take my luggage down from 1/F upon check out. I will definitely come back! ?????

We have stayed several times at the Silversprings property and found it to be centrally located, extremely clean , beautifully appointed and most comfortable. Juliet and her team took care of all our needs so well it was as though we were home away from home. Excellent in all aspects.

What can I say apart from if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Exeter, don't look any further than Silversprings? Not only are Juliet and the team amazing accommodating every need and request, but the apartments are beautiful, furnished to a very high standard and are in the perfect location, quiet but 2 minutes walk to the city centre with allocated parking included in the price

Quality clean apartment, with everything you need for your stay. The customer service was outstanding and we will definitely be back!! We booked this last minute due being unhappy with original choice. Silversprings went above and beyond, even allows a late check out at no extra cost. Can’t wait to stay here again.

I stayed for 6 months in flat 5 (top floor) while on a business trip. Fantastic flat for a single person long stay or couple short stay, provided not too tall as ceilings and thus ceiling lights are lower than other floors (I am 177cm). Serviced weekly. Kitchen well equipped. TV had more functions than I needed. Wi-fi excellent speed. Shower pressure good. Comfortable king size bed that could be split to 2 singles when my sibling visited. Fantastic views to both north (St Davids church) and south (Exeter Cathedral), with occasional sound/sight of planes crossing W-E in the distance to Exeter airport. In summer with windows open on both sides cross ventilation kept flat naturally cooler and a small fan was available to assist if too hot. Quiet location except for Halloween when there was a party nearby (but noise stopped before midnight). Allocated parking bay. Easy, flat walking to various bus routes/stops and shopping/eating out in the high street. Top floor access is via stairs - but was worth it. I used the dining table/chair as a desk for work (rotated to face the windows) and bought a 1.5m multi-plug plus USB hub to put on it as I wanted more plugs on the 'desk' and so I didn't need to stretch down to insert/remove plugs from behind the tv or use the ones in the kitchen. I had one primary contact person (Juliet) who was great in providing me with information and addressed a few issues/questions I had promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

I was moving to Exeter to study at the University and came across this place. It just felt like home away from home. The service is excellent. Not only that, it is extremely safe. As a single female, I really appreciated the regular checks that were made to know if I needed any kind of help. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The apartments are in a quiet location very close to the university as well as the city centre. There is parking onsite if you need it. As I decided to stay on at the University to do a post graduate course, my family came to visit on a number of occasions for extended stays. All arrangements were made, as per our requirements, to ensure they were comfortable and taken care off. Based on my experience of staying at Silversprings multiply times over a three year period, I can highly recommend their apartments, if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Exeter.
