Balay? i?in tercih etti?imiz otelde ?nceli?imiz dinlenmekti ve son derece do?ru bir tercih yapm???z. Otel ?ncelikle inan?lmaz derecede temizdi. Dekorasyonuna hayran kald?k. ?al??anlar da son derece kibar, güleryüzlü ve yard?mseverdi. ?lk gün ge? giri? yapmam?za ra?men kahvalt? ikramlar? oldu. Herhangi bir sorunda son derece ilgililerdi. Kahvalt? ?ok lezzetli ve ?e?itliydi. Otel konumu a??s?ndan bizi dü?ündürmü?tü. Ama ?zel arac?n?zla gelecekseniz mesafe ?ok da g?zde büyütülecek bir mesafe de?il. Otelin art?s? konumun eksisini g?z ard? ettiriyor.

Simurg Cave House... Che meravigliosa scoperta! Abbiamo prenotato al nostro arrivo ad Istanbul due notti in questo meraviglioso luogo della Cappadocia tramite ETSTUR. Scegliamo Simurg Cave House, conquistati dalla bellezza e dalla particolarità delle foto sul loro canale di prenotazione. Arriviamo in un meraviglioso "castello", uno location dal design unico e particolare, ristrutturato da poco...Che dire, ci ritroviamo in un luogo incantato, ad accoglierci Busra, una sorridente e gentilissima ragazza, la quale sin da subito si prende cura di noi ristorandoci con una deliziosa tazza di Turkish tea, dal sapore intenso ed avvolgente. 14 camere compongono la struttura, posizionate come mini-appartamenti indipendenti. All'interno uno spaziosissimo ambiente, ricavato nella roccia, luci soffuse, dettagli lussuosi e moderni, un design unico e ricercato, la prima sensazione, quella di entrare in un magico castello. Pavimento riscaldato, vasca da bagno ultramoderna, la nostra suite è dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione viene servita in una sala accogliente luminosa, con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Il personale è composto da Fatma e le sue colleghe, vieni accolto con un calorosissimo sorriso, e degusti una abbondantissima, variegata e fresca colazione tipica, preparata appositamente con premura e amore secondo le usanze e ricette del paese. Prodotti freschi dal sapore unico e raro. Il loro burro fatto in casa è di una bontà senza eguali, per non parlare della soffice consistenza del loro pane, ed il gusto ricercato dei loro prodotti caseari! Siamo stati esauditi e soddisfatti in ogni nostra minima necessità o richiesta oltre ogni aspettativa. Busra si è prodigata con amorevolezza e disponibilità per far arrivare il taxi di Mustafa in tempo per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, persino di informarsi sui vari servizi tour per visitare la città di Goreme. Grazie Busra!!! Complimenti a questa struttura, complimenti allo staff che lo compone, complimenti a Busra per la sua gentilezza, professionalità, competenza, complimenti perchè ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Complimenti perchè è tangibile quanto cuore queste persone impieghino nel loro lavoro. Ce ne torniamo in Italia con un pezzetto di Simurg Cave House nel nostro cuore! Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having.
The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me!
On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us.

Simurg Cave House is a newly built and peaceful place located just 6 km from ürgüp. We were delighted to spend two days there, as it offered all the facilities we had hoped for. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the breakfasts were especially worth mentioning; delicious, with a wide variety of options. Busra and the staff were extremely friendly and always available whenever we needed them. I highly recommend Simurg Cave House for anyone planning a stay in Cappadocia.

Our stay here was truly memorable. From the delicious breakfast to the comfy beds, everything was just right. The hotel was newly built in cave style. Rooms were clean , spacious and had tea corner and a fruit bucket as well. Bathrooms were so clean. Big shout out to the super friendly staff specially bu?ra who helped us in everything during our 2 day stay.
