It was good hotel, the breakfast was a waste, I would not recommend it, their swimming pool was small. The rooms were kind of bland and the Internet ******. However, great guest policy, the beds were very comfortable and good pillows, the staff was very accommodating, and a good size kitchen.

The room was clean. The staff were super attentive and kind, always willing to help. The jacuzzi was just right with good views of the city.

Great staff. I also liked the location, there are a few restaurants on the street but it’s still quiet.

La habitación excelente. La regadera buenísima. El personal siempre atento y amable. Solo recomiendo que el café de cortesía sea diario, no solo a la llegada.

Great frontdesk agents.. Nice and big rooms.. Good and quiet location in Patio bonito.. They lack quality services at the restaurant.Needs alot of improvement in that area.

My stay at Cites Hotel in Medellín was simply wonderful. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from El Poblado and the best clubs and restaurants. Despite being so close to the nightlife, the hotel maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and everything is impeccably clean. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more special. Overall, it’s definitely a stay I would recommend without hesitation

Thank you for saving my last night in Medellin ! I left a prior hotel due to excessive noise from a roof top patio in the hotel and checked into Sites where I had a great stay. The jacuzzi on the 12th floor has a great view and it’s huge! I relaxed in there, then went back to my room for a good night’s sleep. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment overall was great. To help improve, I would recommend the hotel touch up some areas as it looked a little worn in spots (I.e, repaint baseboards/walls, change out any worn furniture, etc).

Todo estuvo súper, habitación limpia, el personal es muy amable y el aire enfría muy bien. El lugar es excelente. Lo único que nos hubiese gustado es que la habitación estuviese en un piso más alto.
