Beautiful hotel surrounded with nature and tall coconut trees. Super friendly and kind staff always with smile. Breakfast is simple but delish. They have a clean serene pool you can jump in swim or you can sit on a chair and just enjoy the nature around the pool. Short 5 min walk to a lake that you can watch sunset. Hotel is close to restaurants and grocery store and shops. We had fantastic stay here!

Stayed here as part of a group tour of Sri Lanka. Lovely small, family run establishment. We had a ground floor room over looking the pool, which looked lovely but had no time to sample it's delights! The room was large and spotlessly clean. Large wet room style bathroom, good shower with hot water! Towels provided. The room was quiet and dark for sleeping and I slept well! good wifi that reached to the rooms. There is an on site restaurant where we had dinner; simple selection of meals that were clearly being cooked to order. I had a huge portion of vegetable noodles and my other half a big pile of chicken rice. Breakfast was served in the restaurant. We were brought eggs to order at our table, with plate of fruit and piles of toast and jam. Good start to the day. They also have a coffee shop on site that does barista style coffees. The grounds are well kept and the whole area is set back from the road. I really liked the siza and atmosphere at this hotel.

An older place with some wear and tear showing. We were part of a group tour. Just the one night here and our room was comfy enough with good aircon. Friendly staff. Nice simple breakfast. Quite a few mozzies to contend with. But fair value for money.

This hotel was part of our Intrepid tour package. It was nothing special but clean with a nice pool, adequate drinks options and breakfast. Wifi was okay. I looked the price up independently and it is very inexpensive. No luxury but no complaints.

Great place for a stop over if you are visiting Polonnaruwa. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. This isn't a fancy hotel BUT I loved the fact the rooms are very comfortable and super clean for a stay. They don't serve food but if you ask they will make sure to arrange. The location is also very convenient to visit the iconic Polonnaruwa Ancient city. There's tons of restaurants near by as well. This is a great place stay.

离旧城区十分的近，处于一个交通方便的位置，我们的经验非常愉快，我们想分享我们正面的经验。房间非常漂亮、宽敞、装潢简单高雅。床头有插座。 早餐也不错，典型的斯里兰卡式早餐。 可以出借脚踏车，骑去湖边十分惬意，离旧城区也十分的近。 工作人员友好和善，但是如果刷卡需要外加3%。 旧大楼房间设备普通，整体来说外面庭院及游泳池不错，但房内设施较阳春普通，房间里没有冰箱，另外我们住的这晚房间WIFI完全不通，有点困扰。

Unser war einfach sehr angenehm und wir m?chten unsere positive Erfahrung teilen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sch?n, gro? und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Sanit?rbereich war top und modern. Das Wasser war herrlich hei? und der Wasserdruck war ausgezeichnet – eine wahre Wohltat nach einem langen Tag. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer befand sich ein wundersch?ner Swimmingpool, der perfekt zum Entspannen und Erfrischen einlud. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Siyanco Holiday Resort sehr genossen und k?nnen dieses Resort w?rmstens weiterempfehlen. Es bietet eine wunderbare Kombination aus Komfort, modernem Design und herrlicher Erholung und guter Küche.

One of the best hotels I have ever been in polonnaruwa. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, calm atmosphere, great foom they have all for your satisfaction. It's worth staying there. New experience, maximum satisfaction.
