地点十分好 电车行五分钟会到酒店 房间舒适 够大 早餐也有很多选择 酒店职员十分有礼貌 服务很好 下次也会选择入住

房间布置很温馨很有设计感，房间面积不大但给人的感觉很舒服。早饭很好吃，服务态度特别好，我问有没有热牛奶，当场就给我热了一杯。第二天我又去吃早饭，她见到我就问我今天是不是还是热牛奶。听的人心暖暖的??

I love very much the Scandinavian interior design. Very stylish and fashionable. It is new, clean and simple room. Space are good enough for 2 big suitcase?s. The only downside is the hotel not provide sauna or hot bath(“i know it is not easy”)??The hotel seem very young and i hope they could make more branches at different city in the future.

Loved that the staff were nice and helpful. breakfast was lovely and a good spread. The hotel was conveniently located and we could almost walk everywhere. Parking was quite close but I would recommend to drop off your luggage before driving to the parking as walking on cobblestone floors in the rain is definitely an experience of its own. Parking is expensive and not included in the hotel but well it’s in the city centre so I wouldn’t expect anything less. The hotel staff also helped us to store our luggage when we went out on our activities for the day. We stayed here twice! It was only lacking some amenities that I was used to like toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes and shower caps but the rest were provided

Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street.
Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

超级可爱的北欧风酒店，早餐也很丰富，卑尔根很小走哪都很方便，就是到店当天看携程同房型价格比预订时便宜了，前台小姐姐好像给我升级了房间，安全乾净衞生。

Helena, the staff at front desk helps us a lot !!
She definitely the angel of the day; saved us from Bergen’s storm day by helping us find a car to Oslo when our flight was canceled in Bergen.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful as well!

初めてのベルゲンで不安でしたが、清洁感もあり、ホスピタリティも素晴らしいホテルでした。素敌なベルゲン旅行となったのもこのホテルに出会えたからだと思います。
写真では部屋は狭く感じましたが実际はそうではなく、2人であれば十分な広さです。近くにはスーパーがあり、主要な観光地にも近いため立地は申し分ないです。朝食も美味しく顶きました。

Beautiful hotel with excellent location close to both train station and key tourist spots. Room is cozy and comfortable, also storage space in toilet is insufficient. Overall a very good stay.
