My daughter and I stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The floors were dirty. There was a lot of dust, 3 socks and a pair of tweezers under one of the beds. The bed skirts were filthy dirty. Luckily the other bedding seemed
Clean. The space itself was great as were the furnishings. We received a small number of towels (one hand towel, one face cloth and two bath towels) and there were no glasses, mugs or cutlery in the suite.The cupboards were quite bare- one kettle, 2 plates and one pot . The location was ideal for us- but we felt we overplayed for what we were provided.

Unfortunately, the experience was mixed. The hotel itself looks nice and has potential, but cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was hair on the toilet paper holder. This made the stay uncomfortable

Was a great spot to just catch some sleep, but also for longer stays as the amenities for it are available.

Good place to stay after the flight. Althought the hotel look new but aomehow the hallway smell like someone puke or smell of the murky smell … something not fresh although carpet look new.

We stayed here for an early morning flight out of Toronto Pearson Airport.
The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer, oven, and stove. However, we were disappointed to find that no cookware or utensils were provided - no pots, pans, dishes, forks or spoons. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that these items were not available. We intended to cook there, and eventually had to throw the food away since there was no possible way to cook.
Besides, the overall cleanliness could be improved as there was food debris found on the sofa.

房间设施很新，每间都配备厨房包括炉子洗碗机冰箱枱麪空间水槽加上洗衣机和烘乾机，床和床品都很好，住的双床房，居然是一个床垫硬另一个软，可以选择睡??最败笔的是空调（暖气）第一间没暖气，换了一间依然没有，前台的人会“忽悠你”“重启一下就好了”“46-60 分钟就热了”实际情况是我换了一件房然而 2 间暖气全没有…四月底多伦多只有 5-10 度，房间还没有走廊暖和（?﹏?）～我是转机去过夜，就没有再折腾，勉强睡了一觉赶紧走人

酒店位置有些偏，不过有车还好，环境很安静，室内的设施一应俱全。住的很舒适。酒店工作人员热情，有求必应。
