LISBOA - DECENT Great stay (5 days 4 nights)for the family of 2 adults and 2 children for 2 double bedrooms. Approx. 10 mins walk away from Eduardo VII Park with big LISBOA sign with lots of tourist stop by and grab pictures. Just south of the park (add another 5mins walk) is the Marques De Pombal Square if you decide to take the Hop on and Hop off buses to get to the tourist spots around Lisbon or public transport. Hotel close by hypermarket/grocery Pingo Doce 6-10mins approx walk. Both rooms were clean and replenished/tidied when requested. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great, HOWEVER staying 5 days seems appalling like the hot protein meals were the same like sauage and scrambled eggs which can be a turn off for others, strongly suggest get them rotated every other day. Fruits, pastries and hot vegetable were alternated. Hot cafes were soothingly nice. Overall decent stay, thank you SMY.

I had a pleasant stay at SMY Lisboa overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, which made a great impression. However, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that stood out. The room lacked basic toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the synthetic leather bedframe was noticeably worn and peeling. I also found a long hair on one of the towels, which was disappointing and did not meet cleanliness standards. To add to that, the following day, I noticed more long hairs in the bathroom sink. While the service was excellent, these hygiene concerns definitely need to be addressed.

服务很好，酒店设施有点老，但是套房很大，床很舒服，还送了香槟

First of all room was very small. Shower glass had green moss. They were late. We needed to wait for a while also there were very little amenities until we asked for it. Every few days we needed to renew the validation of the room card. Unfortunately, they used to close every other day. The breakfast was ok but some food items were always one piece also they served rotten melon hahaha.

服务态度良好，前台人员非常热情，酒店位置离机场蛮近的，不过美中不足的是酒店设施比较陈旧，如果能够重新装饰，那想必会使得顾客流量增多，与此同时，还有一个问题，就是衞生间的下水管道需要疏通，味道略重，希望有所改善
