Nice location. Loved the beach and easy access. Food was good. Best part for us was the value for money because we didn't want to splurge as soon as we landed in sri lanka and decided to go budget and midrange the first half and this turned out to be a very good choice. Clean rooms and bathroom is what we wanted and got more than we wanted.

This is a good, solid 4. We loved the location. The beach is just a few short minutes away with an amazing Blue Sand Cafe. The owners are nice and responsive. We had a plumbing issue, and they offered to move us to another room. The biggest drawback would be the ants and lizards using the amenities of our room at no charge. The owners did use the spray to eliminate the bugs. Other than that, it was a perfect beach spot!

Very nice cottage style room. Very friendly helpful staff. They weren't currently serving food at that time, but there were plenty of great eateries in the area. Excellent location: only a one minute walk from the beach. Nice facilities. Lots of friendly cats in the hotel were a bonus.
