No electricity supply in midnight for around 2hours and no pre inform on this.
Room has no windows hence when no electricity, air ventilation is bad hence unable to sleep well, very uncomfortable stay.
When checked with reception the next day, was told that it is their internal maintenance,
which I do not understand why the maintenance not doing during daytime when ppl not around, but at night when all the guests are sleeping in hotel?

Nice hotel, but hard to find parking at the day time. room quite dark, suggest to install brighter light bulb.

If you’re staying for one night, then it should be fine. However, any more than that and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the pillows were hard and flat. Shower didn’t work properly either. However, lots of food and milk tea shops within walking distance. Hot chocolate was good.

We booked standard queen room. Just "OK".
Not as in picture at all.
A basic things have to request from the receptionist....No kettle and hairdryer..
Room very small. The bathroom very2 small.. looked like old building.
Bedsheets have dirt and stains.
Stayed for 2 nights, should have cleaning services but don't have.
Just can have short stay. Not recommended for long.
