除了交通遥远，所有酒店体验都非常好！
建议大家自驾。
温泉和大浴场都很洁净，和式风格房间美轮美奂～有机会下次再预订有私汤的房间！
超级享受。早餐非常丰富，虽然未有机会预订到晚餐，但是服务员们都非常热心推介！
特别感谢进来替我check-in的经理(?)，他非常热情和专业！
两位台湾女生服务员（?好像是晓希和捷炘）非常好客，感谢她们的照顾！另外一位来自尼泊尔的女生（好像是lumaya，抱歉我忘了具体名字xd）也是很专业热心！
整体来说我非常推荐大家尽量享受一下，因为除了旅馆漂亮，周遭的环境也非常舒适宜人！?我会想念这几天的！

Our stay at the ryokan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. We also loved the small touches, like the yukata robes provided for guests and the attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable at all times. The whole experience felt like a perfect balance of tradition and luxury.

Nice staff, excellent service. Meals are just okay. It will be nice if dinner and breakfast menu can be provided before booking.

酒店很乾净雅致，进大门就要换掉自己的鞋穿上酒店准备的拖鞋进去，服务很周到，会很细致地介绍酒店里的设施，餐厅里有一个会中文的小姑娘，房间面积挺大的，四个人住也不嫌小，床铺睡觉很舒服，总的来説对得起五千多一晚的价格

非常喜欢这家旅馆，从停车开始就有工作人员帮忙引导跟确认车位住宿名字跟旅客国家，还帮忙拿行李，进去check in 时就有会中文的工作人员帮忙确认（好像也是台湾人），工作人员很多好像也有不同国籍的 ，进去确认订房时还有给抹茶跟茶点喝，我们是订红叶房型在1楼，房间很棒有自己的温泉可以不用去大众汤泡，24小时随时都可以泡，都有热温泉水在循环所以随时睡醒就能泡，旅馆有两个汤屋可以预约，一次40分钟，每间房间可以预约一次的样子，大众浴池就是不用预约随时都能去，不过自己有温泉了所以大众浴池跟汤屋都没去不知道如何，另外吃饭有自己的包厢还有写名字整个很尊爵感受（不过好像只有部分房型才有包厢）。
晚餐很棒每一道都很好吃（除了甜点XD)，前菜很精致每一个都好吃，生鱼片也是都很甜，烤鱼本来以为会有很多刺，结果没有很好分离，最後是赤牛涮涮锅，肉嫩汤清甜。早餐则是一份烤鲑鱼大套餐加沙拉还有温泉豆腐，外面还有饮料自助吧跟纳豆海苔甜点可以拿，有阿苏牛奶喝到饱，记得不用买这边早餐喝就好XD。
整体很棒，工作人员也亲切，强烈建议订一泊二食有温泉的房间，没差很多钱多了温泉跟晚餐值得，後悔的是因为行程太满没有预留更多时间在这旅馆好好享受，下次再来阿苏的话一定会再来跟预留更多时间待在这享受。

Very well kept and clean onsen ryokan with two private onsens that can be booked, and gender separated large onsens. Food and service was also very good. Well appointed and large rooms with all amenities required including shower and toilet.

One of the best onsen hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, featuring three basins and two restrooms—plenty of space for three adults. The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers, creating a beautiful and peaceful environment. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many options to choose from. We were so happy with our stay at this hotel!
