From the moment we arrived to warm friendly smiles the service through out our stay in as fantastic… checkin was smooth with a refreshing towl and a drink of our choice… the resort was explained to help with what was where and likewise when taken to our room everything was explained… nice touches like complimentary wine, soft drinks in fridge, even pillow spray and a cookie when our bed was made ready in the evening. The restaurant service was equally as good with the menu explained and a guide on what to recommend based on asking us what we like. The location is private super clean and there were free bicycles to explore the surroundings. Comporta and its beach was less than 20mins away and access from the A2 was easy. Overall would highly recommend and we definitely visit again

Fantastic location. Very comfortable accommodation. Very laid back. Good food & wines. Very attentive staff. Special mention to Philip, Kaiden, Ashmita & Nico who went over & above to make our second visit very special.

O Spatia hotel proporcionou-nos uma experiência de luxo integrada na natureza, com grande conforto, sofistica??o e privacidade. As instala??es est?o impecavelmente limpas, os quartos s?o muito espa?osos e a piscina com água aquecida é maravilhosa. A comida é ótima e o staff é muito simpático, prestável, atencioso e sempre atento. Foi ótimo poder andar de bicicleta e jogar ténis com todo o equipamento fornecido pelo hotel. é uma excelente escolha com ou sem crian?as. A repetir!

De accommodatie is afgelegen, te midden de natuur en de rust, heerlijk om hier te ontspannen. Alle personeel is extreem vriendelijk en professioneel , je wordt blij en opgewekt als ze je aanspreken, de klantenservice is werkelijk hun hoogste drijfveer! Een dikke 10 voor het management die dit aanstuurt, want er werken verschillende nationaliteiten. We kregen zomaar een gratis upgrade (Cabana) en moesten ook niets bijbetalen voor een late check-out! De kritiek in de andere reviews kan ik dus niet geloven, ofwel heeft het management zich heel snel en uitstekend herpakt. Wij komen hier zeker nog terug en bevelen dit prachtig resort iedereen aan!

Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again.

Chose Spatia after reading reviews of similar Comporta area wellness resorts and not for one moment did we regret our choice. The resort is sensitively designed and almost hidden amongst tall pines and eucalyptus trees. A feeling of peace and serenity abounds as you allow nature to embrace you. Our room was spacious, cool and exquisitely designed with a terrace open to the surrounding woodland: a hammock was hung across the patio. Complimentary wine, pastries and fridge contents provided a welcoming touch. The public areas are designed in the same cool understated way with the accent on relaxation and comfort. Two pool areas are havens of peace; low shrubs and fine grasses fringing these areas wave enticingly in the breeze. Your breakfast buffet is laid out beautifully and -although the food isn’t Spatias strongest quality- there is a kitchen open throughout the afternoon and evening providing decent fare. Buggies or bicycles are available to move you around the estate and there are courts, spa and gym facilities too. Spatia Comporta is a place for de-stressing, relaxing and unwinding; it delivers in spades!

Ubicación un poco alejada de las zonas de más ambiente, lo cual puede ser bueno o malo. Caba?as espaciosas y con decoración correcta, no más. Comedor muy frío y desangelado. Servicio voluntarioso pero un poco falto de soltura. Problema con el exceso de moscas, que hace poco agradable estar en el exterior (terraza, piscinas ). Comida bastante buena, así como el desayuno. Un poco polvoriento el acceso al parking. Buena opción para familias en las villas.

We had a super relaxing and wonderful time at Spatia. The property and rooms are absolutely stunning - remote while feeling connected to Comporta. Wonderful dining and amazing service, particularly from Kiran and Birendra. Cannot recommend Spatia highly enough.

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa as two families of three, and it was perfect. The villa was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed—including a huge TV where we got to watch Wimbledon. It also had its own private pool, which was a big highlight for both the kids and adults. The standout feature was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, which really made our stay special. A big thanks especially to Tiago, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond. If you’re visiting with children, the villas are a fantastic option. Room service was quick and smooth, and the whole setup made us feel very much at home. The hotel is ideally located—just 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Carvalhal. A perfect base to explore the area. We’d absolutely come back!
