hotel is very convenient and rooms were spacious. Effective AC. The experience of engaging a taxi from this hotel is not good. While the car and driver is good and courteous, when we asked the driver to show some place where silk saree is sold. The house he took was having a photo of EVR(nasthigan) and they said they like him. I did not want my hard earned money be spent towards a business owned by nastigans. Having selected I had to spend money and I will regret this till my death.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located, moderately priced hotel. Staff very polite and welcoming. AC, bed, shower were great. One suggestion: Bathroom is huge, with a long walk to the toilet THROUGH the shower area. Need to walk over wet area every time to the toilet, which can be risky. Please install a non-slip mat from bathroom entrance to the toilet!

Room is huge by todays standards including the bath room which is quite big. Room and bath room was clean and air conditioned. Front facing rooms have a huge balconey as well. Hotel location is very quiet during the night and it is situated very close to the large temples in the area and they are walkable in the early morning or late evenings when it is not too hot outside. Hotel also has an in-house restaurant Ananda Bhavan that serves South Indian food and is open till 10pm. Restaurant is clean and food is very good.

My family stayed in Balaji Grand for 1 week to attend a family event. We stayed in the Superior room. The hotel was clean. Service staff courteous. The bed was very very comfortable. The AC and all other amenities were just fine. The bathroom was big and clean. Overall very much enjoyed our stay there. We booked several rooms for many family members. They were also very happy with the location, cleanliness and service. The location is perfect in the old Bazaar area with all local shops, flower market and the famous temples in walking distance.

Pros: 1. Property has decent size rooms with ACs 2. Toilets are clean 3. Food served in their restaurant is fresh and delicious 4. Hotel staff is helpful and courteous, especially Hotel Manager Suresh 5. Its located in the main market and is accessible to local shops and temples 6. Taxi provided by Hotel was amazing, helped us to visit all temples 7. Car parking space available
