Courteous staff. Poor services for breakfast. 3 days out of my 8 day stay the fresh food like eggs or sausages were not provided. The coffee was not on one of the days and the person managing the breakfast said he doesn't know how to make it. Also they installed a new instant coffee machine in the lobby which is horrible.

The breakfast was cleaned up 30 minutes prior to the advertised ending. Sheets felt itchy. Hotel & room were clean. Great location.

staff was slow to come out to help when you where at the desk. I needed to do laundry they advertise self laundry and I went all over looking for the laundry room only to find out it was not operational at this time. Our tolite got plugged and my husband had to go to the desk at wait forever to be handed a plunger to bring back to the room; and then had to bring back down to the desk. Room was clean and they are just taking over the hotel. Price should have been cheaper for what you get.

Centrally located in Springfield. Good staff. Clean rooms that could use some updates. Free parking.

Staff was very helpful- quick to address anything I needed. A few housekeeping things in the room that are quick fixes. Would stay again!

This is my third stay with this building and my last. The hotel itself is not that bad except the room key situation that they have there is seriously flawed. Every time that I'd go to the 7th floor I'd have to come back down and get them to reprogram my key. I made certain that it was nowhere around my phone or anything else that would demagnetize it. The front desk clerk had the audacity to tell me every time you leave the building you have to get a new key. Which I don't believe. This is the second trip that I've had where this has happened every single night of my stay and frankly there's hotels out there just as good without this issue.

From my arrival, I was met with kindness and efficiency. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated. When I got to my room on floor 7, everything was tidy and well appointed. I had ample linens and toiletries. Within five minutes, the front desk called inquiring if my room was adequate. I appreciated that next level of hospitality. I had a small issue with a floor lamp not working and that was replaced within minutes. I stayed Wednesday through Saturday and each morning our lite breakfast was good and the breakfast room clean and stocked. I appreciated the variety of teas available and I also appreciated the communication in advance that breakfast would be lighter as they transitioned to a Trademark property. Regardless, we were pleased and fed. Parking was ample and free. I felt safe during my visit. I will admit that I read the varying reviews prior to arrival, some of which were concerning. Still, with a very good rate and convenience to my friend’s home (I was in town for a funeral), I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. I honestly do not understand some of the other poor reviews. I am picky and I found my stay to be lovely.

Drywall ceiling was cracked was offered a new room by staff no fridge no microwave in room staff was friendly and helpfull .

Staff was friendly. Room was clean Hotel is in process of upgrading. Suggestion from me is add a bottle filler to your fitness center.
