We spent 9 days in a superb location, surrounded by lots of olive trees, with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and located in a quiet area. The room, extremely clean, has a double bed and a single bed. It is also equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob. The host, Mrs. Toula Pomoni, extremely kind and always at the disposal of the guests, cleans and changes the towels and sheets every 3 days. Excellent quality/price ratio. To get around you need a car.
Fantastic studios in Megali Ammos.Close to beach,bus stops and walk into town.Very comfy beds(new mattresses),spacious and clean.Usual self catering equipment,air con and wifi included.Nice surrounding garden.Dimitris the owner is a great guy.Will definitely stay here again.
è stato un bellissimo soggiorno di una settimana. Dimitri, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Camera carina e funzionale dotata di un balconcino con un tavolino perfetto per mangiare fuori. Posizione ottima, spiaggia, market e fermata del bus vicinissime. Il centro di skiathos dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento. La stanza veniva pulita ogni 2 giorni con ricambio asciugamani e rifornimenti di shampoo e bagno schiuma. UNICA PECCA: non c’era spugnetta e detersivo per lavare i piatti e la doccia non avendo un box ma solo una tendina non raccoglieva bene l’acqua per cui il pavimento si bagnava molto facilmente. Cuscino troppo alto. Per il resto tutto perfetto, presenti shampoo e bagno schiuma. UNICO CONSIGLIO: mettere una moka per il caffè????
Heerlijke dagen gehad op skiathos en mogen verblijven in Stelios. Appartement op begane grond… in de schaduw. Vlak bij het strand, skiathos town en 2 bushaltes. Dimitrios en zijn familie doen er alles aan om je verblijf goed naar je zin te maken. Hun katten en hondjes komen je af en toe begroeten! Echt een aanrader!
Host was very accommodating and friendly, and in general it was a great stay. We really enjoyed having the balcony and being so close to the sea. One thing to note is that the air con in our room faced the door not the beds so at night you didn’t really get any of it. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would return
I felt like I was staying at a favorite Uncle's house with a well-tended garden and Rocko the dog to greet you. The studio is just outside of the main town. If you have luggage, you need to take a taxi from the airport or port. Otherwise, it is a short (10-15 min.) walk into town through side streets. I had an immaculate studio with 3 beds and a kitchen all to myself. If I needed anything, Dimitris, the owner, was either on the property, or, could be reached via email. There is a grocery store nearby and a beach right across the street. For breakfast, the Achinos hotel across the street had a very nice buffet with seaside view for 12 Euros, which I enjoyed immensely. I would definitely stay here again!

Appartamento ben strutturato, situato in una trasversale della statale, appena a sud dell’abitato di Skyathos, tra le fermate 4 e 5 del bus che puo’ condurre a tutte le principali spiagge dell’isola. Attraversando la statale si arriva in pochi passi alla grande spiagga attrezzata di Megali Ammos. L’arredo e’ spartano, ma pulito. L’aria condizionata e’ presente e ben funzionante, perche’ l’unico difetto e’ che la costruzione si riscanda enormemente anche con poche ore di insolazione. Dimitri e’ efficiente e quasi sempre presente

I spent the last two weeks of the season here and it was perfect for me. My studio had everything I needed and was cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels every other day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The location was excellent, just off the main road so fairly quiet and between bus stops 4 and 5 so handy for accessing the rest of the island. Although no pool, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk and only 10/15 minutes to walk into town. I had a late flight home and the owner, Dimitris, very kindly let me keep my room and arranged a taxi to the airport ??. I was very happy with the price I paid and would have no hesitation in returning in the future
