Enjoyed my stay here with my family, really clean and excellent service.

We had a super time, we stayed 3 nights/ 4 days during mid-December just before Christmas -- perfectly located within 10 meters of the top Stoosbahn station, the hotel is finished and furnished with Alpine taste and comfort - contemporary yet warm and welcoming, digital checkin possible, lifts to all floors, several separate breakout/ restaurant areas for meals, separate "lounge" space for informal meets with drinks whilst enjoying roof-to-ceiling windowed views across the valley to Gr?sser und Kleiner Mythen - games room for (big) kids, play areas for small kids, business facilities, huge spa, wellness and gym areas on the top floors - and all rooms/suites super comfortable. The mountains and all trails are on your doorstep - I've stayed here twice now and will certainly look forward to staying again soon - thank you.

The hotel is right next to Funicular and ski lift is just a steps. Very good for families

圣诞节在这边，瑞士本地人的滑雪场，全程可以自助办理入住。但是缆车只有二条，二个方向，这个酒店一切都需要花钱，比如打扫房间，要去顶楼泡桑拿，任何服务都需要花钱，桑拿很小，有三个，人不多。餐厅很大，可以单点可以自助餐。需要坐缆车入住，最陡的缆车站上来就是。这边滑了好几天。

非常好，特别推荐！位置好，除了滚筒火车站就是。房间很新，早餐味道也不错。下次来还住这！

明明写的double room，但因为我根本没有选人数习惯，如果你入住选的1个人，就要多交50瑞士法郎，实际网络上一个人和双人入住价格一样（且旅行了欧洲半个月其他所有酒店我都没有选人数，只要是双人间都可以正常入住）。更气人的是，在交前面50瑞士法郎时候就一并交了两个人早餐费用，但第二天退房时候还要求补交一个人的早餐费，跟服务人员解释後，她表面同意後，我们就急着赶缆车下山，结果还是收到扣费讯息，只能又打电话解释，并质问为什麽不相信我们説的话且不经核实和当面沟通就扣费。另外一名服务人员在核实後答应退费，但到入住一个多月到现在还没有退给我们，打电话催只説还在走程序。总之在欧洲旅行半个月里这是服务最差的酒店，让人感觉非常糟糕！

这次瑞士行最爱的宝藏酒店！！性价比太高了！我们是从苏黎世出发，带着行李上了瑞吉山，然後晚上去stoos lodge住的。第二天先去stoos山脊徒步，下午去菲兹瑙，坐船去卢塞恩，卢塞恩逛了以後去翁根！所以其实不用住卢塞恩，住这里该逛的也能逛到！
