It was a great stay; to make it short, the room or reservation served its purpose, we were there in Manila for a family event. If I had anything bad to say, their pool had cat poop in it, please clean it. I understand why the cleaners might not see it, it's in the middle of the people and it settled on the floor. :(

Wifi needs to be improved as the traveler needs to work.

I love how close the place is to so many food hub. The place was clean and staffs are nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how close our room is to the reception so we can hear people havin conversations all the time. But overall stay ?? will def come back.

We stayed at Stradella Cainta for 3 days and 2 nights and booked a suite with two rooms but only one toilet and bath. Our first night was okay, but the experience on the second day was very disappointing.
One of the rooms containing our valuables was accidentally locked, and the hotel did not have a spare key available. We had to wait until around 8AM for maintenance to open the door, which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.
That said, kudos to the two staff who stayed and tried to help us open the door until 3AM we truly appreciate their effort.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to families with children, especially due to the lack of proper key management and emergency access.

Stradella is really good to stay, the staff are friendly and they were very helpful in getting us through the day

Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroom…
