Did not use laundry service and liked the parking security

The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It was pretty gross.

Great location. The room was clean, though a bit old. The staff were friendly. Everything was perfect for us!

Located nearby Westfield shopping centre and Santana. Local dining nearby and food mall in Westfield was a great option for quick dining. Staff at front desk were extremely nice and very helpful. Everything met my expectations and beyond. Shall definitely be returning.

Booked here for 28 days for my family and i.
First and for most this place if overpriced for the space. I paid 3,500 for a the 1bed studio. So little room, the kitchen is in the room and you have no dinning table.

This seems as very old facility, dated..., appt style, no cleaning daily or at all, wifi signal very slow. A/c very noisy and smelly...
Room small, bed and bath ok.

Very clean, with all amenities you may need, super-convenient to Santana Row and other shopping mall. Gas station around the corner. Safe parking. Only hitch: due to shared door with next apartment, you can follow conversations/loud TV if neighbors don't pay attention. However, we made it work and will return, if they have availability.

Had this booked for a family member for a week long visit. Had to move them out after the first night. Pictures are mostly misleading. It seems that one (or a few) units are renovated, but we were not lucky enough to get one of them. Stains, hair and dirt everywhere, on the blankets, the sofa and the bathroom. Impossible to feel comfortable here. Even if this room would have been cleaned properly beforehand, it needs major upgrading either way. The positive is that the communication with management was great; they apologized, were very understanding and issued us a complete refund.
