H?tel de quelques chambres à 3 km de bentota. Chambres nickel et bien équipées avec un petit déjeuner compris excellent. La piscine est un vrai plus. La cuisine est faite par la gérante et cette dernière cuisine vraiment très bien. Possibilité de louer des scooters sur place. Bref un rapport qualité prix excellent et à recommander fortement

A wonderful villa with a safe, relaxing atmosphere and a private pool. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

This place is amazing. I was there for cooking lass, but I can tell the villa and pool are beautyful. Surrounded by this huge garden, that seems to have any herbs, vegetable or fruit you could think of. Further on your path will lead you to the river. All in all a beautyful, calm and hostile location.

Really the BEST SPOT of the island!!! It was my second time at this wonderful place, bacause you just won′t find anything this level! BEST FOOD in Sri Lanka and incredible cooking classes!!! Super friendly. Just everything perfect! Very committed. All wishes will be fulfilled. It's so beautiful that you can't even imagine it!!!

quite beautiful place. nice garden with lake view. and very good food. Prasad and his wife took very good care of us. He never stops to please you. Thanks! And i do not know why tripadvisor wants 200 characters... but here are 200 now.

We stayed here for a week in January, it’s possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed. Our room was very large with a fan and the option of aircon, there was a little balcony at each side. The bed was immaculately clean, huge and very comfortable. There was a dresser and shelf for clothes, table and chair, tea/coffee station. The wet room was big with soap, loo rolls, toilets, toothbrush and lashings of hot water. The location is wonderful, a huge well maintained and very green garden with a lawn, an abundance of plants, organic fruit and spices are grown here. There is a well laid path leading to the lake, at the lake there is a verandah where you can learn to cook, relax on the hammock or just watch nature. The villa is set in a village when we had a lovely walk around we were greeted by everyone we met. The beach is about 15 minutes away as is Bentota town. The swimming pool is very welcome at the end of a hot day and there are loungers available. Mr Prasad is a licensed tour guide and it shows, he is so knowledgeable and can organise everything from a Tuk Tuk to the beach, to a tour of the island. His sunrise and sunset river safaris are superb and the amount of birds we saw was amazing. However it is the food and the wonderful service that is the jewel in Style Villas crown. Nothing is a trouble and the chef is very talented. Breakfasts are plentiful and change each day. Over the week we had fresh fruit, pancakes, roti, eggs, fruit juice and wonderful melon jam. The food was so good we had dinner each night. The curry is flavoursome and the fresh herbs add a great depth, so many meat and vegetarian dishes were served our only disappointment was we could not finish them all, there was so much. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Style Villa, it’s fabulous .

What a beautiful place. I came for the most excellent cooking lesson held here and the manager and his wife took me on a tour. Beautiful gardens with it's own spice growing area, swimming pool and amazing rooms. The cooking class was amazing, you get to help make 12 traditional dishes which taste amazing. If I could give this 8/5 I would.

This was my second time to Sri Lanka and I mostly came back because Prasad, the proprietor, was my tour guide the first time and did such an amazing job. This time, I stayed at his family's villa and it was unbelievable--10x as amazing as the first trip. I highly recommend this warm and wonderful boutique hotel. Prasad used to run a big, fancy hotel in the Seychelles, and it shows. You get all the benefits of a small hotel, but the niceties of a top notch resort! I had my laundry done there after 2 weeks of traveling and they handwashed/airdried/ironed/folded it all to perfection. Kumudu, his wife, is a wizard in the kitchen. The grounds are so beautiful and they grow the food/spices/flowers right there. Prasad is beloved by everyone--other tour guides, drivers, temples, shopkeepers, boatmen, you name it. It seems like he knows everyone on the whole island and knows all the best "secret" stuff to take you to. He also is a master at planning so that you see things on just the right day/time to see special festivals, etc. I'll definitely be back several more times in my lifetime. I love love love this sweet little gem of a place and the lovely family that runs it.

Our stay at style villas was amazing. Our host Prasad and Kumudini were passionate about serving their guests and did everything possible to make sure we had the real Sri Lankan hospitality. The delicious food served each night was a surprise itself, the beautiful villas ( wrapped with authentic craftsmanship and art), spoke volumes of Sri Lankan beauty. We recommend every one visiting Sri Lanka, must stay at Style Villas to experience real Sri Lanka. The location is idyllic and Kumudini’s cooking cannot be missed.

Are stay at Style Villa was wonderful. The owner, Mr Prasad runs a his place in boutique style, surrounded by organic vegetables, cinnamon and fruit trees. At the end of the property is a wonderful hangout and dinning deck on the Dedduwa, making it ideal for meditation, bird watching and nature lovers. Our suite was fitted with a small kitchenette that was perfect. The bed is super comfy-the towels and linen could be improved- using local textiles. Style Villa breakfast was delicious and the Sri Lankan food that they serves is superb. The location is also perfect for anyone wanting to spend time in the area and get to know more about Geoffrey Bawa's garden, Lunuganga. Proximity to Lunuganga, nature walks, access to the Dedduwa Lake, and Ayurveda spas make Style Villa perfect for anyone looking for a restful retreat.
