The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. Walkable to all amenities. We found the bed to hard for our liking. We had a couple of water issues. No hot water one day and no water for most of one day. This was fixed in a timely manner.

The mattress is very hard and the pillows are very soft and not comfortable at all. Bring your own hairdryer as there isn't one provided and none are available to borrow or rent.

Patio door lock was broken, water pressure in shower too strong. Room didn’t smell well, staff was helpful and friendly.
