Stay was amazing. Staff were very helpful, hot water was available 24/7. I would highly recommend you to stay here. Tea was also amazing and hotel is also amazing and also I would like to thanks miss nikita and sreya for helping us with everything.

Overall the hotel experience was awesome. The staff was very cordial and punctual in their sevice. The rooms were superb. Would suggest staying. Sovana was great as well throughout our stay.

The stay at this place was good. The location is good though a walk of 2 mins from the main road is required to get in here. Just opposite road of Darjeeling Post office. The rooms are clean and are as shown in the picture while booking. The room I stayed 409 had a very clear view of the Kanchenjuga range. Roof top cafe and the view adds value to this property. The atmosphere of the hotel was quite and is very suitable for a family stay. Special mention of Ms. Nikita for keeping all our requests throughout our stay.

Our 2 night stay at Hotel Sumitel Queens Yard was really wonderful. Their promt room service is admirable. View from room was breathtaking. Restaurant food, ambience and all staff behavior was good, Specially the behavior of restaurant supervisor Sushmika, Sovna. It was a memorable trip for us.
