Jolie chambre et joli balcon.
Ptite piscine sympa mais non entretenue.
J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement.
Personnel peu présent et ne parle quasi pas anglais.
H?tel totalement vide (1 seul autre client).
Aucune indication donné sur un ptit dej possible et quand on a demandé, on est passé pour des extra terrestres.
Le seul gros bemol est ce bruit de moteur qui se met en route régulièrement la nuit donc sommeil un peu entrecoupé.

Stayed a long weekend in Kep and can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Really spacious modern room, absolutely spotlessly clean, with a great location and great value for money, with a super tranquil pool area and yet within walking distance of the crab market and the many superb seafood restaurants. Kep beach is just $1 away by Passapp if you don't want to walk in the heat. From booking the room, checking in, and check-out, all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Kep.

Very nice and decent hotel that is about 20 minutes walk from beach. Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Pool and parking was very easily accessible. Great experience.

Ottima struttura, ben tenuta ed organizzata, bella piscina grande. Attualmente non fanno ristorante, ma bar con buon caffè ?? mattutino. A pochi minuti gli infiniti ristorantini sul mare.

I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced.
There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving.
There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks.
The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.

We visit family in Kep and always find it challenging to find accommodations that suit us. Priority is always, finding a room Clean. Last visit our driver suggested this place and it ticked all the boxes! We honestly couldn't believe our luck! Beautiful quiet location. We were shown a variety of rooms. Top floors have balconies with mile long views. Some over the pool, others toward the sea. Not a large staff but some one is always available to help. The husband and wife owners were lovely and very accommodating to any of our needs. The top floor restaurant was not continually open but when given notice they were happy to prepare breakfast for our large family. The kids loved the pool. Staff are out early in the morning and throughout the day keeping the blown leaves out of the way. It was so lovely, that after our family members with children left, we stayed an additional week, to continue the serenity. We booked on site but found the place beautiful, as other satisfied quests photos show.

La propreté n'était pas parfaite et la description ne correspondait à ce que nous avons eu. Une chambre avec une seule fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur. Evidemment, l'odeur de moisissure était présente. Il nous a été indiqué que si la chambre ne nous plaisait pas, nous pouvions changer pour $10 de plus. :) Ce que nous n'avions pas fait car nous y restions que 2 nuits et en vadrouille toute la journée.

Замечательный отель. Удобное местоположение, до крабового рынка 10 минут пешком. Дружелюбный персонал. Было очень приятно пообщаться с Ваней, тем более была приятно удивлена, что он знает русский язык. Был ранний выезд, он договорился, чтобы меня отвезли в Кампот. Обязательно приедем еще.
