What a lovely Guest House. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the middle of nature. Peacocks and Donkeys around and 2 beautiful and loveley cats. The room was very clean, big and with all the amenities we loved. All meals has been delicious and the outside Braai on Saturday was a pleasure. Very nice people at reception and the owners gave us some important informations all around Bela Bela and the activities. We do highly recommend this place and will come back soon. Regi&Fredy

Place is supper cool, very quiet place to relax. Place is clean and I want to visit again soon, Executive suite room is awesome special outside shower under the tree I love it but because room is too big I think we need bigger TV there and jacuzzi inside.

The service was over and above duty. Clean and pleasant pool and pool chairs. Lovely breakfast. Filling and well organized. The grounds are so romantic. The views over the lake in the morning and at sunset are so beautiful. Especially loved my time at the spa. Very skilled ladies work there. All in all good value for money.

Sehr tolle Lodge. Sauber mit freundlichen InharberIn und Mitarbeitenden. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und auch zum Dinieren sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lodge k?nnen wir w?rmstens empfehlen.

This is a beautiful cosy place to be in. I enjoyed the 4 nights there. Friendly staff and beautiful morning and afternoon views. The place is safe and was fun to go out and run. The food was also enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Fantastische plek om je Zuis-Afrika vakantie te beginnen.Goede service en vriendelijke staf. Mooie, grot en rustige kamer. Summerset Place ligt in een mooi (privé-park) en er lopen prachtige beesten op het landgoed. Goed bereikbaar vanuit Johannesburg.

Had an amazing time little retreat. The staff was amazing so polite , so warm and welcoming. Our host Denise was such a breath of fresh air totally made our stay comfortable. Loved the room we stayed in (Room2). The bed was comfortable the pillows the fluffiest and the bathtub was a touch of pure relaxation. The breakfast was great and dinner even better. They have the cutest cats who are soooo friendly( we are not cat people but wanted to take them home with me). They have a sparkling pool, unfortunately we didn't use it because it was cold( they would definately gain from a heated pool). The grounds are clean and well kept, makes you feel one with nature. Amazing getaway would definitely recommend .

Summerset place countryhouse is een oase van rust in het soms jachtige Zuid-Afrika. De prachtig gelegen villa met prachtige tuin en waterpartij is een genot om te verblijven. Het restaurant en de keuken maken heerlijke maaltijden en ontbijt. Het personeel is fantastisch en de eigenaren zijn terecht supertrots op deze parel. Wij verbleven hier eerdere zouden wensen dat we langer hadden kunnen blijven. Voor ons is het een plek om naar terug te verlangen

This is a lovely place to stay. I arrived after dark and was greeted by the receptionist who showed me to my room, carrying my heavy case. The room was perfect, with a brilliant shower and the most lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning overlooking the swimming pool watching peacocks strolling around ! Watching the Impala rushing around the beautiful grounds with my morning coffee was an amazing experience. Annah, the receptionist is a credit to the hotel, excellent customer assistance ! Would I stay here again? Absolutely....
