We stayed at 14. Place was dated but clean. Service was great and helped us organise details. Buggy was included and pick up from airport. Unit doesnt have a dish washer and Washing machine had mold which was painfull to hand wash kids clothing. Definetly no what i wanted to do during a holiday.
Older villa but very clean.
Great position and very quiet surroundings.
Valet transfers both excellent.
Use of cart perfect for getting around the island.
Would stay again with no issues.
Unit 13 was in need of maintenance, shower screen panel missing making floor wet and very dangerous. Bathroom towel rail was almost coming off the wall. Dining chair was broken and there were not enough coffee cups for our party of 4. Air conditioning remote controls not working. Outdoor furniture was lacking. There were no pillow cases on the pillows on arrival however were provided when complaint made. The buggy provided with the unit had one seatbelt not working and at night lights kept failing. Views were great and location was good. Our friends were in Unit 10 which was much nicer and better equipped.
Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside.
Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning top and bottom, need a small blower to remove numerous leaves from the outdoor area, other minor issues that a handyman could fix.
Staff met us at marina to take us to apartment. Apartment a bit dated but had everything you needed. Also included buggy with room which made it easy to get around island and to shops at marina.
The property was okay. It does need some maintenance/updates though.
Cabinets in the kitchen are falling off their hinges, back screen door hook are about to fall off. Tvs are old school flat screen and the remote doesn’t always work. Main bedroom air con remote doesn’t work well. Bathroom light needs fixing and backyard needs a clean up- it has huge potential.
In saying all that, our stay was still comfortable and we would stay again.
