Amenities, no microwave as indicated in ad. We could have used towels and soaps, and kleenex. The gentleman who checked us in was great. Not sure his name, but he was very helpful.

For additional towels, soaps or kleenex, please let a staff member know in the future and we would be more than happy to provide those. A little sketchy at first but it turned into the best location stay, room was very clean, shower was very small and we needed more counter space. Only a Small walk to the beach and restaurants.

Bathroom was outdated but the service by Hunter and other staff more then made up for it. Would recommend this hotel to others. Good value!

We were met by very friendly staff and the location is superb. The room was clean and tidy, with the needed amenities. The access to the waterfront boardwalk was such a perk, and there is a great breakfast place just out the door. Ocean views, the roar of the waves and incredible access make this a great location. The only thing that was laughable, and annoying, is the size of the shower. The water pressure is good, but the stand up shower was incredibly small, and the shower head was placed at just over 5 feet tall. This setup makes it uncomfortable and frustrating for most normal sized humans.

Staff was super friendly. They upgraded us to an oceanfront room for free since they had availabilities, I didn't even ask for it! Location is perfect, right on the beach in the middle of all the action. Fell asleep listening to the waves

Ocean view was fantastic. We were right in the boardwalk. Everything (dining, shopping and entertainment) was accessible. I will definitely be coming back and staying there. The staff was amazing as well.

I’ve been staying at the Surfer since I was little and this was the first time as an fault I stayed. The two men working the desk were amazing! If you’re looking for a beach front hotel with everything walking distance this is the place to stay! Also if you like going out at night definitely recommend theirs lots of clubs and places open. Found out my grandma has been taking my mom here when she was little to! The restaurant attatched is yummy and the views during the day are serene looking out at the ocean. See you soon Surfer!

Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. We had a balcony room with beach /ocean view. Nice restaurant right in back and we were right on the boardwalk, with plenty of shops and small restaurants. Not the classiest name brand hotel, but it was everything we wanted.

This is an old hotel, refurbished rooms are still old and musky, that being said you can’t beat location. I had an ocean view with a balcony, great sunset view but you get the smells from the restaurant and everyone can see inside your room. I’m giving it an extra star because the front desk staff was great, especially Aiden. I would not recommend this hotel for a woman traveling alone.

What a great stay! The rooms were pretty average but the staff were amazing and always went above and beyond. We’re definitely coming back!
