Amazing stay at Chalet Swiss. Located less than 10 min away from the Interlaken West station places it at a very convenient location.
The hotel, while abit rustic, which is evident by the fact that there’s a leaking issue in the main building on the day of check in. This means that all guests will be moved to the other building which is also under the hotel. On the bright side, I got an upgrade due to this, so not complaining! The rooms are also in good condition.
Breakfast is a simple continental buffet, which while nothing special, is satisfactory.

Все было отлично, вежливый персонал, хороший ресторан внизу, из минусов не было горячей воды в душе, но была в умывальнике, также был засорен слив. Я был там 1 ночь, поэтому не стал просить замену номера, но думаю если бы я попросил решить ситуацию с водой и сливом, решили бы без проблем

A perfect stay. Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Love it.

Location is great, not far from interlaken west. Food was also nice but limited but quite delicious. Everything was clean and well maintained however the hotel is a bit old and noises can be heard from above if youre staying at the bottom floor

The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good.
Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying.
The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it ??
Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations.

店家格局小的不行，我们没有大的碗，但是又想喝点苹果水，我们在热水壶里麪丢了两颗枣子和乾的苹果，就和正常的烧水一样，开了我们就倒出来喝，但是苹果和枣子残留在里面，他们打扫时直接收走了开水壶，我们去要告知我们需要赔偿50瑞士法郎，我们解释只是茶才免于罚款，我们会把洗乾净，结果不愿意给我们，説是我们损坏了他们拿去修了，我真服了我们吃药用冷水吃药，非常不愉快的体验

酒店正对工地 没有嘈音但大煞风景
?木板地不隔音任何人行过会唧唧声作响，在床上睡觉时会以为有人近在咫尺在你身边行过?。
?早餐负责人对华人态度不友善，例如他会亲切和主动地向外国人早晨问好，但对华人登记入座，却视如不见，非常冷淡对待。

2人で宿泊したのですが、部屋も広く清洁感もあり大変満足してます。英语が话せないのですが、受付の方が绅士に対応いただき大変嬉しかったです。サウナが利用できたり、朝食が付いていたりと満足感の高いホテルでした。また、インターラーケンに行く机会があれば利用したいです。
