Thank you for your review, the room category that was booked did not include a refrigerator, the room that you receive was a complimentary upgrade to one of our deluxe room which comes with a fridge, however none of our rooms does not include a coffee maker. The receptionist was always available as she was expecting arrival of your lost suitcase. Thank you for staying at Tamboo Resort and we are elated that you enjoyed your stay.
