We stayed here the final days of Sept 2025 Wow, if you love the idea of seeing birds, butterflies lush green forest, bright colored flowers = you want to see Mindo. The Terrabambu cabin that was given to us (#8) was awesome! Two floors, outdoor jacuzzi, plenty of windows overlooking the forest, personal gazebo= we had a great time! The grounds and pool are nicely maintained to give you that relaxing environment you will enjoy. If you love the outdoors/hiking = this is your place. Tip 1) we like to hike, after taking a taxi into/back from town twice.... we realized we could walk it no problems. It's a nice 15-20mins. Tip 2) you are in a RAIN forest.... so be ready for rain (boots) or bright sun (sunscreen). We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place to stay! Amazing bird watching from the cabana and the restaurant. An easy walk to town or a $3 taxi ride. The breakfast was delicious and good coffee.

We had a fantastic lodge overlooking the cloud forest. The view was spectacular and this is a great place to bird watch. The lodge has a great hot tub on the terrace. The cabins are on two levels and we were on the highest - breakfast was hosted on a terrace on that level and it was very lovely. We particularly loved the fresh juice. The swimming pool was great after a day of hiking. The food in the restaurant was really tasty, they have a pizza oven and the pizzas were amazing. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay whilst in Mindo!

Terra Bamboo Lodge es una propiedad muy bonita con caba?as encantadoras. El desayuno es excelente, la vista es impresionante y disfrutamos mucho del zipline. La pizza que venden también es muy buena. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio afectada por varios inconvenientes. Me alojé en la caba?a 2, que está junto a la carretera y la subida a las caba?as VIP. El ruido constante de los coches hizo que no pudiera dormir en toda la noche. Además, las duchas en esta caba?a no tienen puerta ni cortina, por lo que el ba?o se inundaba. El piso de abajo olía a sifón, lo cual fue una gran queja para mí. La vista en estas caba?as es fatal, no como en las fotos Intentamos hacer el columpio, pero nos dijeron que no podían empezar media hora antes, aunque éramos un grupo de unas 10 personas y solo faltaba ese tiempo para el inicio. No había un gerente o administrador disponible para manejar los problemas, solo empleados que no pudieron ofrecer solución cuando pedí un cambio de habitación. Al presentar mi queja, el personal no mostró intención de resolver el problema, y el encargado de recepción simplemente me respondió con un “ok”. El servicio al cliente fue deficiente, y debido a la posibilidad de ser asignado a una caba?a cerca de la carretera, definitivamente no volveremos.

Unvergleichbares Hotel in absoluter Traumlage. Etwas abseits (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fu? ins Zentrum Mindos) liegt das Hotel mitten in der Natur. Die Hütten sind sehr gro?, modern, neu und sehr sauber. Man hat durch das viele Glas einen Rundumblick direkt in die Natur. Wer seine Privatsph?re m?chte kann überall Vorh?nge zuziehen. Bird watching muss hier nicht als Tour gebucht werden, da man die volle Vogelwelt direkt vor dem Fenster hat (oder beim Frühstück). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Es gibt absolut nichts Negatives zu berichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jeden Ecuador-Urlauber einen Abstecher in dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful ! So natural and the house was gorgeous. We watched the Toucans during breakfast, nice trails and a nice walk into town. Breakfast was good and if you stay for lunch there is birdwatching in the lunch area.Mindo was such a great Place and this resort was so natural you just can’t go wrong. It is a bit secluded, but that’s what you want in Mindo!

This is a very lovely place to stay. just a 15 minute walk out of town but so worth it. quite and peaceful and with great views. Humming birds and a bird feeding table near the restaurant mean you will see some wonderful birds while you dine during the day time. The staff are lovely and will look after you really well.

We highly recommend Terrabambu Lodge, not just for the lovely rooms but also for the kind and helpful staff. I especially want to commend Evelyn who was so patient and kind with me, showing me several rooms until I found the room which suited me best. We stayed in the Family Suite and it was incredibly comfortable. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, which was really relaxing at the end of the day. There was a bottle of filtered water in our suite and a large TV with Netflix. The restaurant was delicious and very convenient and breakfasts were fantastic! The pool looked great, although it was too cold to use when we were there.

Es uno de los pocos lugares q permiten sentirse como en casa, además encontrarse en medio de la vegetación con una vista hermosa, presenciar la visita de diferentes especies de animalitos es una experiencia única, y su comida es exclusiva, realmente es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse de la ciudad y de la cotidianidad

Una opción de hospedaje muy buena, excelente atención del personal, muy limpio todo, excelente calidad de los alimentos y muy bien servidos,las instalaciones muy limpias, las caba?as muy amplias, modernas muy bonitas y con unas vistas a la monta?a excepcional, aunque en el desayuno no hay mucha variedad, es muy bueno y las vista espectacular, 100% recomendable.
