The ambience of the hotel is first rate. I love the restaurant and the staff. They are helpful and friendly, at the same time, professional. They love what they are doing. We were in the family room. The room is well decorated. And spacious. We left for the airport at 6am and the hotel staff packed breakfast boxes for us. The hospitality of the hotel is first class. Would stay longer if we could. Highly recommended.

The room little bit of small but very cozy with balcony little dated but comfortable, room very clean. Hotel provides Toothbrush, comb, and other amenities, location is great close to eveything, breakfast provides is excellent , I really enjoyed staying here. Over all i would recommend this hotel to everyone

Really like this hotel…good location close to old quarter but not in the middle of everything. Nice rooms, good buffet breakfast….plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by…second time I’ve stayed here and would definitely do it again

During check in the hotel did not offer the welcome drink. The staff did not provide assistance in carrying the luggage from the lobby to the room. In fact, they refill the old plastic water bottles instead of providing new packaged bottles. Except these points, rest were fine.

Friendly Team, and accommodating in help us to adjust our rooms so that were near each other although my company had booked it separately. Will definitely return for in future as a family trip instead.

My second time in this hotel , great hotel but it is a very busy hotel . Breakfast is great . Service is good . Location is not bad at all . I love staying there . I’ll be back I hope

这次河内旅行和升龙歌剧院酒店缘分不浅，原本只订了1晚，入住当晚感觉不错，从蓝紫灯光裹着金色logo的外墙，到悬浮花叶装置的大堂，木质调里嵌着鲜花的细节，连圣诞装饰都透着高级温馨，当场就想续住，可惜第二天房满，只能隔一天再订。第二次的房间比首晚更大，窗边小阳台视野更开阔，老城街巷的烟火气和晚风一起飘进来，坐在椅子上喝咖啡很惬意，房间里的乐器装饰画很有越南风情，细节控直接沦陷。服务一如既往贴心，续住办理时服务员主动递了柠檬饮，早餐也很丰富，河粉汤头很鲜，溏心蛋的火候精准到戳开流心的瞬间就想拍照，西式麪包配本地果酱的混搭居然意外好吃。步行到歌剧院、还剑湖都是几分钟的事儿，出门左转就是老城小吃街，晚上逛吃完慢悠悠走回酒店，很是方便。两次入住都很满意，推荐给前来的朋友。

We stayed here and in the Old Quarter, and this was much much better. It's a purpose-built hotel on a proper plot of land (not a high-rise on a postage stamp) and therefore has space. Yet it is only a 5 minute walk from the Old Quarter and lake, and close too to the Opera and French Quarter. An ideal location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast choice fantastic. A shout out too to the concierge team, who even kept in WhatsApp contact after we had left to make sure our travels were going smoothly. All in all, very impressive.

地理位置超级好，往左边走是奢侈品一条街，右边走不久是老城区，离还剑湖也近！酒店服务很贴心，早餐是自助品种也丰富！
