Stayed from Saturday 11thtill Tuesday 14th Oct at address owners very welcoming and attentive hotel is very 70s homely and spotless breakfast was very good and catered for my granddaughter

We loved our two night stay at the address , we got free breakfast in the morning… a selection from fry ups , cereal or toast , tea coffee and juice. The staff were so intensive and sweet always asking for you need anything .. not pushy with receiving money or parking. Also it was so Quiet at night we heard no noise we thought we were the only ones in the hotel untill we went downstairs for breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely come back 10/10

Very welcoming host as it was a last minute booking due to a mix up with rooms at another local hotel. He was brilliant and took us straight to room told us the rules there and got us towels and bedding. Lovely clean room with ensuite shower and toilet. Great view of blackpool tower from bedroom window especially when it was all lit up. Breakfast was brilliant full english plus cereals, choice of apple and orange juice plus jams and sauces for toast or pancakes. A good 10 minute walk to prom. Great stay would recommend :)

Very friendly and helpful couple. Very clean Everywhere and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Also a very nice and tasty breakfast .altogether a great weekend . Would stay again when in Blackpool .handy parking space in front of the hotel .

I recently stayed at the address for two nights my room was basic and tired , tea coffee milk not replenished after the first day . only one towel also not changed after the first day . no soap in the bathroom I used or shampoo or shower gels , some friendly staff serving breakfast which was average . to park your vehicle in the driveway of the B&B will cost you ￡10 per night .

Perfect little B&B. We arrived as a family of three and was straight away upgraded to a family room from the triple we initially booked. The room was clean and had all the little amenities you'd expect from a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was split into two times which you had the choice of and was served promptly and of good quality. Parking can be purchased outside the property however it is very narrow. There is however a large carpark behind the property which we used with no issues. Location is spot on. Close to coral island!

Contact before arrival is excellent. Very quick booking in. Clean and tidy room & a good solid breakfast. Friendly run business and we will return. Could do with a bit of music in the dining room at breakfast time but can't be bad if that's the only problem.
