My recent stay at The Amora Hotel was exemplary, marked by immaculate cleanliness and the charm of a family-run establishment. The breakfasts were a daily delight, featuring an enticing mix of Western and Sri Lankan cuisine. The serene room, adorned with a luxuriously comfortable king bed, prompted me to extend my stay. Exemplary laundry services and highly attentive staff enhanced the experience, while the remarkably fast WiFi was a modern convenience. The Amora Hotel epitomizes a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and efficiency.

Nice Place to Stay Rooms are very clean and spacious Staffs are so friendly and kind. Wifi connection also very speed. Very delicious and tasty. All kinds of Sri Lankan and western foods available here. 24 hrs service. They are providing other several services like surf camp lessons, Kumana and Wild life safari, lagoon safari (Mangroove Watching), medical services, speed laundry service and they are provoding tourist advisories too. Definitely i will visit the place next time.

We spent a great time in this hotel. We really liked the guys who worked in this hotel. They were always very friendly, picked us a great surf coach, treated us to fruit. The room was large and clean. And this is one of the few places in Sri Lanka where there really were no ants. We recommend this place to everyone, we had a pleasant experience.

Great stay here for 9 nights. The staff are attentive and polite and take great care of the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious with fantastic AC and hot shower. Breakfast was included with our booking and was great value for money - generous portions and varied from Sri Lankan to western options. Anything ordered in the restaurant for dinner or additional drinks was then added to our final bill at check out (restaurant prices were very competitive with other local places and we found the food delicious!) Overall, a fantastic stay at The Amora and would recommend to anyone staying in A-bay!

This is a hidden gem in Arugam Bay! Very affordable cost compared to a lot of overprice places and great facilities. The rooms are huge, the location is perfect and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is plenty and any request is listened to and answered. We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t want for anything more. If you’re coming to Arugam Bay for sure book here and stay!! Thanks guys ??

The rooms are new, spacious and clean with high ceilings and huge windows, there is everything you need, hot water in the shower new air conditioner. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Staff is excellent, very caring, considerate and friendly. They helped us with laundry service and motorbike rent. Hotel has a nice terrace on the second floor!

After seeing The Amora had just opened for food on Facebook, we ordered some food via WhatsApp in the afternoon & collected it in the evening. The food was great - we had chicken shawarma & beef submarine. Both were really tasty, so much so that we went back half an hour later for more! They kindly offered to deliver the food to where we were staying, 2 minutes away. The prices were really reasonable also. Would defiantly recommend.

We went there on a really hot day looking for something fresh and the juce and the bowl of fruit with yogurt really helped to recover! Everything was amazing. The ginger, lime and mint juce was delicious and the bowl was one of the biggest and cheapest I've found in Sri Lanka! Will go again for sure!!
