到达的时间是晚上八九点了，地理位置还是蛮好的，旁边有两个中餐馆，还有加油站和便利店，停车场就在酒店地下，非常方便，入住也是自主拿到钥匙就可以进入很方便。房间有免费Wi-Fi但是信号很差，用移动网络也信号不好，而且房间里的衞生太糟糕了，浴室和浴缸在一起，里面并没有打扫乾净，没有地方落脚只能踩着自己的拖鞋进去，床单枕头有污渍，床单也是皱皱巴巴的，房间的门面向外围走廊，私隐性较差，拉上窗帘之后甚至无法自由出入，我们第二天早上六点半早早起床离开了，总的来説体验并不好，因为价格相较于我们一行住的其他酒店来説并不便宜，甚至是最贵的，但是体验是最差的…

We stayed in Apollo Bay area for Great Ocean Road Trip. It is a standard motel room, good size for couple of nights. Location was perfect, easy to spot + easy parking access too. There are supermarkets nearby, with different food options too. The room has kettle and microwave, but no cutlery apart from two teaspoons. A bit awkward moment when other customers were passing in front of the door but generally it was ok.

Extremely big and comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Good location, free parking, but it was full when we arrived. Still we could park outside the car park without an issue.

We stayed at The Apollo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived just before 5pm (around 4:30/45pm) and there was no one at reception, only a sign saying “be back at 5pm”, so it’s unclear how long it had been unattended. When someone did return, we were told our room wasn’t ready because the linen hadn’t arrived, despite check-in being from 3pm.
We eventually received bedsheets around 6pm, but the room still felt incomplete. The sofa bed was stained, the room generally wasn’t very clean, and there wasn’t enough cutlery or plates provided. We were also missing the sofa bed mattress topper, which I assume is why the bed was so uncomfortable, we barely slept and now we both have very sore necks and backs.
The staff member we spoke to was very unhelpful and offered little reassurance or apology. Because we had to wait so long for the room, we then had to rush out for our evening plans.
We messaged when we left to complain as when we checked out at 10am there was again no one at reception, so we couldn’t even raise these issues in person.
Overall, poor communication, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and lack of staff presence made this a very frustrating stay. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

地理位置特别好，也有足够的停车位，就在主路离吃饭的地方两分钟。
需要改进的地方是衞生和网络，衞生不是很好，洗手间的柜子里还有小半卷之前留下的乱七八糟的衞生纸，衣柜里的备用毯子也是胡乱塞进去的。要求把用过的餐具洗乾净，但是又没有任何的洗碗工具和洗洁精。地毯挺脏。wifi信号可以但是就是很慢。
有那么好的地理位置，房间里这个样子有点可惜。

Can warmly recommend this accommodation! Wonderful service!!! Andreas always does the extra with his service. Andreas picked up and dropped off at the harbor. The place was spotless and had everything needed: a kitchenette, fridge, shower/toilet, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation is close to everything — restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and the sea, the beautiful Livadia Beach. Wishing You/Andreas all the best with the opening of the new hotel, Anisso!

卫生程度尚何，汽车旅馆十分好体验。。

酒店位置方便，很大，可煮食，推介大家去。风景架，附近很多餐厅，开到好夜，方便做大洋路中转站的旅客，价钱还好。有洗衣机

Wonderful studios. Great location. Clean and well presented. Andreas could not have been more helpful. We had booked the top floor studio, but Andreas could see that I would have difficulty climbing the stairs. He offered us to stay in his new studios by the beach. This studio was large and airy. It had Aircon, cooking facilities, and a hair dryer. It was very new and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower room was large . It had a rain full shower and glass shower screams. No water escaping onto the floor here. Andreas was so lovely, very kind and helpful. He brought us water , nothing to much trouble. He even offered to taxi us if we were stuck anywhere on the island. We had a brilliant sea view and can't wait to return.
