Great location, very welcoming, clean, comfortable rooms, good hospitality tray in room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lovely fresh cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much for the hosts

Chris & Janey kindly accommodated our request to stay 1 night even though its high season. Located 2 minutes from The Open Air Theatre, North Bay, Peasholm Park & a short walk into the town centre, it's in a very convenient location. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean with ensuite bathroom/shower room. Plenty of storage, a cupboard/wardrobe, hangers and hairdryer. Touch activated bedside lamps and tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits & bottled water all supplied. Tv has netflix and smart tv apps and a plug adaptor with usb points. Bed was very comfy, we had a skylight and side window so were kept nice and cool on the hottest day of the year. Slept really well, breakfast was delicious with plenty of food & time options available. Chris & Janey were amazing hosts and we'll definitely be staying again. Highly recommended and great value for money.

We phoned Chris and Janey to book for a couple of nights at very short notice and they were so accommodating. We have been before but our visit this time was even better. The accommodation has everything needed for a lovely stay. Good quality toiletries and a great shower! Chris and Janey really want you to feel at home and very knowledgeable about the area if you need pointers. They provide free parking (at their own cost) which is amazing and will allow you to bring take ways into the dining area if you need to. We have stayed in 2 different rooms and both were brilliant. As for the breakfast, it can only be described as “AMAZING’ …. You certainly won’t go hungry and cooked to perfection. We told them we would come back and we did and we will certainly go back again. The location is peaceful on the North Shore but still plenty to do. Take our advice and don’t pass this B&B by.

Really lovely small B&B, excellent location in north bay and brilliant breakfast. We've stayed here in the past and we'll be back again.

Stayed over for 2 nights as was attending a gig. It's closely located to the outdoor arena and the park. It's a lovely little place. Very clean and in good order. Our room was very nice, it even had a little Juliette balcony! The couple that run it are very friendly and helpful, Chris and Janey. The English breakfast was outstanding. He buys local farm produce and you can tell. Perfect poached eggs A very satisfying stay in lovely guest house close everything. Thanks a bunch guys we will be back!

What an absolute gem of a place,perfect for dog owners and ideally situated near pea zone park with all its attractions and in walking distance,or a very short drive if necessary to south bay and amusements.The guest house is kept in perfect condition and the breakfast was spectacular,even included a doggy breakfast.The hosts Chris and Jane were so friendly and helpful,will definitely try to book here first when we go again,can’t thank them enough.??????

Wonderful bed and breakfast, our family had a fantastic stay, Chris and Janey couldn't do enough for us, they are so kind and really the b&b is such a credit to their hard work. From the moment we walked through the door we were made so welcome. We had the king size room top floor with balcony and it was perfect. Coffee. Tea chocolate. Water and biscuits in the room. Bed extremely comfortable and everything spotless. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and so filling. Chris even made all guests a little jar of lemon curd. We got parked outside the hotel and free with disc. Will definitely return without a doubt. They work very hard and it definitely shows.

Really nice Bed and breakfast, great value for money. The rooms are very nice, clean, quiet and a good size with tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. A really nice stay, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Everything was excellent. Roof comfy and clean, plenty of teas coffees and chocolate and milk and biscuits. Large mugs no silly cups. Plenty of towels. Nice large shower. Very quiet rooms couldn't hear anything. Breakfast excellent, they couldn't do enough for us and our dog got sausage and scrambled eggs too. Nothing negative definitely recommend x ?? Great area - short 8 min walk to Peashome Park which is beautiful and beach. Beautiful promenade next to sea which was 20 min walk into town. Lots of bars and restaurants. Quiet area, parking permit for stay right outside.
