We stayed in total for 2 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it - we really had a great time here with our guests, the rooms were clean and nice decorated and also the breakfast was very delicious! The staff was very friendly and also the location is nice for discovering Moshi-Town!

In secluded neighbourhood, very difficult to find. Not safe at night

I stayed for one week. Overall it wasn't too bad, but I am not a difficult person to please. More picky customers would probably not be too happy with the service.
The Positives:
- The Room was a decent size, had great water pressure and a very effective hot water heater.
- Bed was quite comfortable and had extra pillows
- area is quiet and peaceful setting
- the food was quite delish
- only a short boda or tuktuk ride into town
Negatives:
- the power goes out often
- no AC in rooms (does have fan though)
- no screens on windows...so when the power goes out and you have no fan, you can't even open the windows at night cause you'll get eaten alive by mosquitoes...so you just sit in a hot ass room with no air movement.
- staff were friendly but seemed very unmotivated. Had to wave someone down every single time I needed a refill of my drink, or anything like that.
- in 7 days, my room was not cleaned once. I am sure they would have if I asked, but normally this is something that is automatically done.

Met onze 3 kinderen (20-ers) was ik daar vlak voor en vlak na onze beklimming van de Kilimanjaro. We hadden daar een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Een mooie kennismaking met het "echte Afrika". Rustige omgeving, fijne mensen, goede service. Speciaal dank aan Denis, Josph en Rosey voor de goed zorgen. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Moshi waar we koffie dronken en lunchten in het Union Cafe, KNCU.

The place is quite with good atmosphere. The staff was really nice and responsible. It was a bit far from city center, but you can find Piki piki at the closest road. The place can arrange any trip you want to do- day trip, kilimanjaro and maro mountain

I was using the facilities to present a Wilderness First Responder training course for Kilimanjaro guides. During the 10 days I was presenting the course, I also use their accommodation. I can't fault them. The staff is amazing and always helpful and friendly. They always said yes to every requestI made. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and really enjoyed my stay there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also really good and the outside space is well done with a good vibe.. Unfortunately that was the extent of the good review. I'd made this booking almost two months prior and even ensured that I personally followed up with a phone call and e-mail. Only to arrive there on the check-in date and they hadn't reserved any rooms for us. They tried to say that I had cancelled the booking but luckily I had the booking confirmation with me and all e-mail communication. In the end, they gave us the two last remaining rooms which were in *dismal* state! Broken windows, holes in the ceiling and walls, huge cracks in the doors, leaking toilets, etc. We didn't have much of a choice but to stay there as all accommodation in Moshi was fully booked due to the Kilimanjaro marathon and we also had a really early morning as marathon participants. I also suspect that they bumped us (Kenyans) off to accommodate some European tourists. The hygiene levels were also poor. White towels with dirty stains and brown streaks, really old mouldy pillows. How hard is it to bleach white towels and regularly update pillows? It was the **most disappointing stay ever** especially considering how early we had made the booking and that I'd read so many positive reviews on TripAdvisor about it.
