性价比高，房间简洁，适合短暂停歇

Heating was not sufficient to heat the room. I was freezing until I left the room. Hot water was also okay.

It is ok for a night or two but a bit dated.

Overall experience staying in this hotel for 2 night is not bad . Good .

Located close to Cadbury world and shops, we asked for a quiet room but was given a very noisy room with people creeping the floorboards above us walking up the stairs behind our beds and noisy hand dryers from the public toilets behind the bed. Which meant we had a very broken nights sleep even with ear plugs in.

This is overall a very nice hotel. The service was very polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean.
But there were a few issues:
1. in the evening the car park was full. This may have been from visitors to the pub, or the public using it.
2. the doors have a very strong auto-close. This led to a lot of doors slamming at 6am as some guests were leaving.

我预先告知会带重形行李，要求安排住地下的房间，最后都没有安排，我需要提两箱23公斤的行李行十几层楼梯！

It was perfect me and my daughter. We enjoyed the very clean descent room

Easy to find, good parking. Easy check-in. Good size room, fairly comfortable bed. Shower was good. Room was quiet. Didn’t have breakfast, but the pub had some good beers.
