Arrived at the Cliffbury and was able to park on the drive. Was greeted by Gareth who was welcoming and made us feel right at home straight away. On arrival to our room Gareth told us where we could eat locally and which restaurants offered discount for staying at the Cliffbury which was a lovely touch. Gareth went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was in the room which was clean and tidy and very spacious. The breakfast was cooked to our preference and was beautiful. All in all an absolutely wonderful stay and I cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be back next year.

Another lovely stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.We had a different room this time on the 2nd floor so we had good views towards the Great Orme. Gareth & Claire are the perfect hosts. The breakfast is cooked fresh and they cater for Special diets providing gluen free toast for Coeliacs. Also GF and normal biscuits in the room which was a lovely touch.

Just returned from 4 nights at the Clliffbury and I can't fault it in anyway the rooms are spotless and the breakfasts were excellent.Gareth was a very welcoming host giving us loads of tips for where to eat/interesting places to visit. Can't wait to return

Another fantastic stay at the cliffbury! We absolutely love this place. Charming hosts, a plentiful breakfast, extremely comfy beds and without a doubt the cleanest bedroom we have ever stayed in. Wonderful, looking forward to our next stay.

Second visit here and it was a pleasure.Great hosts,spotlessly clean.Lovely decor.Fantastic breakfast.location is perfect with a short walk to the promenade.Definitely will return next year.

Since first staying at The Cliffbury in 2011 with my elderly Mum and numerous times since with my husband, the same exceptionally high standard of accommodation has been maintained. If you're seeking somewhere to stay that is comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and presented and in a great location, this is a perfect choice. Clare's breakfast's are delicious and together with Gareth's efficiency in service make for a perfect breakfast experience. Thank you again to you both. This was our first time here, and we were very impressed with it. Gareth is friendly and efficient, and it's a lovely comfortable b and b. Our room, number 1 was spacious, immaculate and bright. Lovely comfortable bed, good range of refreshments and a bright bathroom. The whole place is spotlessly clean. We are both vegetarians, and there was a separate veggie breakfast menu. We didn't meet Claire, but benefitted from her delicious freshly cooked breakfasts! We would definitely return.

Once again a very comfortable stay at the Cliffbury recently. The Cliffbury is a beautiful guest house, quality furnishings throughout, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean and superb breakfasts provided by Claire. Ideal location and ample parking on site. Gareth and Claire are also perfect hosts. See you next year.

Another fabulous stay, this time room 5. Lovely views of the orme from one window and mountains the other. As always room spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, comfy bed and pillows. We always sleep well as location is quiet. Excellent Welsh breakfast always set us up for a day of walking. Looking forward to our next visit.
