Thanks for the review. Sorry that you couldn't find the access to cliff base, however, all you had to do was ask. We don't advertise having TVs in the room, however if the 70" screen in the lounge is always available and we provide small TVs for rooms upon request. Communication is key for getting or finding things, places. We have many things available to guest on request.

Thanks for the awesome review, it is very much appreciated. All of the units have bright motion activated lighting, however, the switch within the suite must be on as well.

I'm not quite sure you are reviewing the right property. We have a minimum of four places to eat within a 10km radius. We even have a restaurant who is willing to deliver here every day of the week.

Thanks for the review, much appreciated. We actually have a minimum of two soft pillows and two denser pillows for each bed, we also have plenty of extras, if this was brough to our attention we would have helped you out.
