Good experience sadly spoilt
Check in was great, greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. The room & ensuite were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location and parking were very good. We had a lovely, tasty and reasonably priced evening meal and delicious desert in the bar, served by friendly staff with great customer service and a good atmosphere... then, a different member of staff came on duty who was rather rude and unhelpful, we waited 20 minutes after ordering a post-meal coffee only to be told the coffee machine wasn't working, we asked for a hot chocolate instead and waited a further 15 minutes only to be given a stone cold drink. When we asked for a replacement we were told that wasn't possible and were very reluctantly given a refund... shame that this poor experience tainted the overall good feeling for our stay.

Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience.

The pub had been run down, but there is a lot of poverty around in Cornwall. However, the owners had made an effort to improve the interior. Rooms and bar area had been tastefully upgraded,but the bedroom was tight for space. The staff were friendly and helpful, so it's okay for an overnight stay.

Hayle火车站有巴士到达， 职员态度友善， 房间就在酒吧楼上， 幸好入住当天是星期一晚上，只得三两个客人！ 所以除了街外传来车辆驶过的声音，就没有听到酒吧客人的喧闹声! ? 房间清洁，两张单人床床褥都睡得舒服， 浴室花洒水压够! ?

Friendly one person manager, receptionist and waiter working hard.

Good basic room with clean bed and bathroom. Staff are great as is the meals. Enjoyed our stay.

staff were wonderful , think her name was Roxy so helpful advised what time food was served and how to operate TV shower Wifi within room , parking was simple and checkout simple would stay again as great location and wonderful food

Smakfullt renoverat men utan kunnande eller omsorg. Dushkabinens d?rrar gick inte att st?nga.
Sv?rt att f? hj?lp med boendet n?r puben har g?ster.
V?ra v?nner som hyrde hade avloppsdoft i rummet, det som erbj?ds som avhj?lpning var parfym.
K?ndes inte som personalen var s? omh?ndertagande. Det finns b?ttre alternativ ?n detta.

Good location..... the room was very noisy as it was above the beer garden.Single glazed windows noise untill the early hours of the morning..loud swearing from the yokels !!!!

Lovely stay
Standard accommodation, clean and all amenities.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, the steak is AMAZING and so well cooked.
