網紅酒店，湖景確實美麗，但甄選套房開盲盒憑運氣了。其實住二樓套房面對湖景也很漂亮，門外草坪上來來往往的人也不會打擾到。房間設施齊全，廚具豐富，帶拐角飄窗的房間非常大。去鎮中心需要開車大約五分鐘，去kika餐車大約也是五分鐘。

夏天的Edgewater Hotel簡直絕了我們住了兩晚，因為酒店常年爆滿，我們不得不一晚訂甄選房間，一晚訂甄選套房。這里就要非常感謝一下前臺的Tiana女士了，我們告訴她兩天房型不同，她先是給我們延長了check-out時間，又在我們第二天check-out的時候直接把第二天的打掃好的房間給了我們，非常感謝，讓我們無縫銜接了第二天的住宿，好讓我們有更多時間享受酒店的美好時光。為酒店點贊?? 酒店的晚餐和下午茶也非常的好吃，建議大家可以試試。（晚飯記得要提前預訂，不然很容易沒位）

人生酒店也是住過了，訂的甄選套房，開到506房間，挺滿意的。房間很乾凈，設施都很新，床品舒服。用的洗浴用品味道超級超級好聞！我們兩大一小入住，到房間梳化床已經鋪好了。除夕怕沒飯吃，提前預訂了酒店餐廳，味道還不錯。值得一住。

This place is typically great, but unfortunately our bath tub in the suite didn’t hold water. We were really liking forward to a great soaking tub, but it wasn’t an option in our room due to the drain being broken. When mentioned to the staff upon checkout there was no apology, just “we’ll mention it to the maintenance staff.” Not the level of service I’ve come to expect from the Edgewater. Very disappointing.

The room was great with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a sweet surprise left in the fridge for us as an added bonus of a delicious dessert!

The rooms are always clean and well taken cared of. The front desk staff is what keeps me coming back. Very professional, friendly and accommodating.

房間很大，起居室的沙發可以變成床，適合家庭出游，酒店環境很好，推開陽臺就是大草坪，天氣很好，住的很愉快，早餐一般。

別來，網紅濾鏡太嚴重，整體體驗不如motel，隔音差非常影響休息，衞生也差，甚至有套房完全沒湖景，入住后嚴重過敏。最離譜的事酒店方的回應，有蟲子是正常的？過敏了説我沒給酒店反饋，我們帶了過敏藥給你反饋有什么用？我們的指責明明是你的衞生根本不滿足“住宿”的標準，柜子里的灰塵、門口的淤泥青苔和冰箱里的蟲子任何因素都有可能是過敏源，住過那么多四五星酒店第一個這么臟的。至于湖景，我們的房間沒有，所以環境分很主觀，根據你的運氣。投訴完了當晚沒反饋説顧慮我們睡著了，ok我理解。第二天我們走了再聯系我説補償我們早餐和延遲退房。那前臺退房的時候為啥不説？即使補了大概率也不會吃，但這種沒誠意的致歉態度還真是令人無語。然后在地圖軟件上差評完了回覆我長篇大論一個主題點就是怪我沒直接聯系你酒店，避重就輕降低自己酒店本身存在的問題，運營的真是好。花這個錢在wanaka吃個龍蝦然后換個地方住吧，那些宣傳這種地方多好的網紅估計是沒住過什么好酒店。景色步道全部都是可以從附近走路五分鐘的免費停泊點看到的，而且酒店的草坪從湖邊步道隨便免費進。順便一提酒店里的小水池綠的惡心，還全是動物糞便。
