The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and the room is very well equipped. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing a great experience. When it came to breakfast there was plenty of choice, everything was fresh and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Tina and Mark are great hosts, welcoming and friendly and clearly take great pride in the property and the service they provide. The location is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and North Shore. West Shore is also close by. Add private car parking to all of this and you've got a super place to stay and enjoy all that Llandudno has to offer. We'll certainly be returning.

We enjoyed our two night stay we were impressed with the quality of this bed and breakfast hotel. Mark and Tina were so attentive. The room was beautiful the bed very comfortable with a gorgeous on suite bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful with good quality food and plenty of options. Thank you so much

We hadn’t been to Llandudno before, but had such a pleasant experience we will be tempted to return and would definitely stay at The Epperstone as first choice. We were quite surprised by how good everything was, from the considerate, welcoming hosts who seem to think of everything to the tasteful decor and facilities and excellent breakfast. We can only echo what others have said, a quality experience. We could always find a space in the car park and Mark had even left a bucket and sponge for car washing. Thank you for a lovely break.

We spent two nights at The Epperstone in early April 2025 and had a wonderful stay. Mark, the owner, was welcoming, helpful and friendly and all you would want in a host. Our room was immaculate, really well presented and so cosy. The bed was really comfortable and we had a brilliant nights sleep! The location of the hotel was perfect, in a quiet street set a little bit back from the front but literally a 5 minute walk to all the shops, promenade and local attractions so you get the best of both worlds! Our breakfast was really tasty, a fabulous selection of items on offer and good quality produce that was well cooked and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to everyone, we will definitely return in the future. Thank you Mark!

I cannot rate this B&B too highly. Tina and Mark went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was pleasurable and comfortable. I had chosen this B&B because it was close to my friend’s house who I was visiting, and also had offstreet parking – like gold dust in Llandudno! From the moment I walked in, I felt really welcome. Tina was so solicitous about my needs, and even told me where I could use the iron if necessary, very rare for a B&B! I was so glad to have the option of having a single room, usually I have to pay for a double which I don’t need. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a good start to the day. I never have a cooked breakfast but there was a good choice if you do. I will definitely be back, thank you, Tina and Mark. ??

Absolutely immaculate interior features and fittings, coupled with outstanding hospitality from Mark and Tina, makes this property an excellent choice for a short stay in Llandudno. Good location, a short walk from the shops and eateries. The breakfast is huge and we went without lunch both days that we stayed! A lot of thought and capital investment has gone into this B&B. The only minor negative is the small car park at the rear but we found it just as easy - and perfectly safe - to park on the road outside.

Beautiful b and b, absolutely spotless with lovely decor. Breakfast was delicious - high quality ingredients and cooked well. Bedrooms are spacious and modern with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. Mark could not do enough for us! We will definitely be back later in the year! Thanks for a lovely stay.

My wife and I stayed at the 'Epperstone' at the end of July for a 4 night stay (￡105 night, booked direct) - excellent 5 stars - bedroom very clean and plenty of storage, adequate tea and coffee tray with biscuits etc, good bathroom and shower (plenty of hot water) - very good breakfast selection - we tried the 'full English' which was really good and the ham, cheese and tomato omelettes, also excellent and plentyful (Tina knows how to cook food well) - all served by Mark, an excellent 'waiter' of a professional standard. Only drawback is the parking (as is the problem in Llandudno) - the Epperstone has parking at the 'rear' for 4/5 cars (we were ok, as not full) - then on the road somewhere? We would stay again but not in 'peak' season, as we like to have guaranteed 'on-site' parking due to mobillity problems.

Fantastic gem of a Bed and breakfast,great hosts in Tina and mark who couldnt do enough for you ,5 minutes walk from town,off street parking ,on suite rooms lovely garden,superb breakfasts ,Mark is very keyed up on local area and around North wales .This bed and breakfast has to be the best in Llandudno .

The dynamic duo of Mark & Tina, simply cannot do enough for you. The Epperstone is ideally situated with just a short walk into the town centre. It has its own off street parking facilities, which was an absolute bonus. As soon as you walk through the door, everywhere is spotlessly clean and everything is finished to a very high standard. The lounge has plush furnishings which you sink in to - divine. The rooms have everything you could possibly want or need, with a well stocked complimentary drinks tray. The beds are so comfortable and the en-suite was very spacious. Now for the main event…breakfast, wow, simply delicious. There was a plethora of items on the menu, with something for everyone. We’ve booked to go back for the Christmas Markets. From now on - I will be a returning guest to the EPIC EPPERSTONE ??????????
