My family and I visited today for a family meal and the food was excellent. My steak, which I asked to be cooked rare was exceptional. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and hard working. Lovely cosy atmosphere. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Took my mum for a Sunday carvery on mother's day & we absolutely loved it. Brilliant food at a brilliant price. The staff were very friendly & made us feel very welcome. I'll definitely be back again. Would highly recommend & would give it a 10 star rating if I could

I went for a meal and the 2 4 1 offer is a great price but if you have an odd number then ￡13 seems unfair why not offer a single price or a desert instead .Also the staff a woman said they arent bothered about the foodies only the drinkers and was very rude and not bothered !! She was also very rude over the phone too . The meal was also cold and cabbage was hard .

We went for a couple of drinks and to have sunday lunch, all of us were blown away with how nice tasty the lunch was. Today 24/09/2023 were three meats to choose from, Beef, turkey. pork, all were tender, so was the crackling, veg sides again lots to choose from all lovely, now the yorkshire puddings !! well as good as my own, must confess i am good at those, ha ha, staff freindly, clean, cheers to Jackie manager, and Danny chef . will be back . thankyou x

Went in for a carvery on Sunday and couldn’t believe how good it was. The staff was friendly and the chef couldn’t have been any nicer. The whole place was packed to the rafters but the staff on shift were so nice despite being rushed off their feet. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Start off with a positive, food was lovely and meat was perfect, chef welcomed us with a lovely smile and very friendly and bar staff very chatty and friendly. Negative's on arrival we got welcomed (and I use that term lightly) with a very strun lady asking us how long we was going to be (and that was before we was even seated) as she needed the tables in one hour due to another booking, We had made a reservation as well and felt very under pressure to finish our meals within that time and put us off ordering Desserts, Also noticed their booking system was just a random scrap of paper been scribbled on. The same lady that greeted us stood around while all other staff was very busy. To sum it up lovely food but would be a more pleasurable if the first person that greets you had more Hospitality!!!!
